Napa Edmonton - Main Counter

Finally picked up an HID bulb for my car, reasonable at under $100 with my ama card discount of 10% when the dealership wanted over $300! Great counter clerks aswell.

We've been going to this location for work and personal car parts and they claim to offer a military discount. However my husband is a veteran and despite having been given the discount in the past any time he's had to deal with Michael Paiva he is either denied or has to wait for him to make a big fuss about it before it's granted. Very rude and unprofessional, today was the last straw and we will be going elsewhere in the future.

Michael Paiva is the guy you want at any company! Knowledgeable and helpful, friendly and very good at talking to the customers. 5 stars staff for sure!

I've walked into there, first in line. And no one even acknowledged me. All you hear is line 1, line 2. They pick up the phone, before helping walk ins. Not the first time, definitely the last. Oh well, my business is going elsewhere. I will NEVER go back to Napa.

Good service, just check that the parts you order are the proper ones before leaving the store. Been given the wrong parts on a few occasions, thankfully no problem with returns

Like any other NAPA. The staff can be a little rude and arrogant at times. When you call or visit, make sure you know exactly what you are looking for or the person you are dealing with will get frustrated quickly.

Great alternative to OEM parts especially if you drive an import. Huge selection and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great prices.

Staff went out of their way to serve me. Typical napa price but with outstanding staff.
