National Car Rental

I would have like a little more options to pick from when I arrived at the airport. There were only midsize cars and a minivan for a rental in the Emerald Aisle. I was hoping to be able to get a SUV there when I arrived. Other than that I was happy with the car that we had picked to rent, it was a new Nissan Altima.

Really great service. It's the airport so it can get busy but they moved things along really well. The service was top notch too. Would use them again

Quick and easy to get to my vehicle and get going. My requested class type was not available so I was upgraded to a much nicer vehicle at no additional charge.

I have used National for a number of years and have to say they are the most professional car rentals I have dealt with. All staff are extremely pleasant and go out of their way to make sure customer is satisfied. The Emerald Aisle is absolutely the best and it just makes it easier to travel. Thank you National.

Great experience renting from National in Calgary! Lots of larger cars available with 4WD. We lost an item, and they were able to find it and ship it back to us in a timely fashion. Really appreciate the solid customer service!

I have been an Emerald Club Member for several years now and the service has been fantastic vehicle selection, pick up and drop off is super easy and quick. Great service and friendly attendants who always go out of the way to make your rental experience amazing. Keep up the good work.

I was recently at the Emerald Aisle at the Calgary Airport. I was not satifised with the choice of vehicles as many had just been taken due to many arrivals at the time. I went to the front desk to see about getting a better vehicle. Within a couple of minutes I was offered a vehicle I liked and I was on my way. I wish I could remember the fellow working the desk because he went out of his way without hesitation to help me. Always a great experience with National.

They are the most helpful of rental companies, especially if you rent frequently, which I do. They reward frequent renters, and I don't see any other companies following up like that. I think the best thing to say about National is that they obviously appreciate your business and let that show. The staff have clearly been taught that the customer is the most important part of the equation. Oh, and clear billing, no surprise charges, unlike other. Kudos.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They signed me up for the loyalty program quickly and got all my paperwork in order at the same time. The choices of cars was excellent and the return process was quick and easy.

Seamless. Picked a car at the aisle and gone. When we arrived back the agent was very helpful, got us a luggage cart and checked us back in. Very helpful. Great experience.

Vehicle was good (mostly). Needed new front wiper blades, and inside of windshield was so dirty as to impair night driving vision - had to clean ourselves. Staff courteous and helpful.

National was exceptional in service and the vehicle was great too. Highly recommend their service and especially the by-pass the counter feature where you choose your car and drive up to the wicket to register and drive away. Smooth and quick- just the way I like it. Thanks to National for making car rental easy.
