National Transmission

I had went to see Arash after talking with him on the phone for a second opinion on my previous inspection that was done and they said to just sell the vehicle and cut my losses, they didn't even want to fix anything. I felt like the things they were saying were not accurate so that is why I phoned National. He said to come down at no cost to take another look. He came to the conclusion that almost everything that the previous place said was false. I was speechless and disappointed. He actually physically took me through everything on the list they had given me to show we what he thought they were talking about and how that was false or over exaggerated :( In the end I decided to sell the vehicle and not get it fixed but I still really appreciated all the time Arash took to educate me and show me exactly what he was saying,

Be weary of this place. Even though they might fix one specific problem they don't take the time and day to just overall see what's wrong with your car in totality. Therefore, you may get one thing fixed and then be in the shop again for an entirely different problem.

Given that it may be 'impossible' to understand the entirety of a car mechanical problem this is why 360 inspections exist.

Great service and great people. We had a truck up in Calgary from the Hat and it broke down. They helped us out and took a look immediately. The problem had to be fixed elsewhere and they suggested another garage. They got our truck over there and it all worked out. Thanks so much.

I can't recommand this shop enough! We arrived there with our old 1986 rv, because after driving 4000 km the overdrive stoped working. Neil (the owner) was very welcoming and reassuring. He even took the time to show us a very nice spot to park our rv for the night so my 3 yo daughter could play in a nice Playground.

Arash worked very hard to find parts and always gave us updates. He also spent several ours on the phone with other specialist and tried different things to make the overdrive work again. We were very impressed by the dedication of all the crew to fix our rv!

When they finally found what was causing the problem, they ended up charging way less than what the work was worth. This is by far the best service I ever got in a auto repair shop. We had the chance to drive through the rockies and the transmission never failed once since. Thank you guys so much for your awesome work, we ended up having an amazing time in the mountains!

I highly recommend this facility to anyone. They know what they are doing. Specially, Arash is so amazing, respectful, straight forward and astonishing guy. he knows what customer wants. Most probably best facility in town. If you go once you will say thank you.

These guys are a great bunch to work with. My son who bought a car he should not have in the first place, has now the need to rebuild a transmission that was rebuilt in BC by a scammer on a neon SRT.
That said, these folks are allowing my son to supply parts we found that on a NEON SRT are like Hens teeth and xpensive.
They also have been patient with us/him as those same parts take some time to get and while I feel bad for tying up a revenue bay for that time, they seem to be ok with that and are working with my son to the best they can and are a top notch group.
Take your vehicle here, honest, sincere and just want to help

Tried to get an estimate for some work and the staff were bullish and tried to almost bullying me into signing a work order without explaining what the problem is and how they intend to fix it.
I simply walked out of there after trying to get the same question answered over a half hour or so.

Seemed shady and I didn't feel I could trust them

A couple of months ago my clutch blew and getting it towed here was the best decision I could have made. The staff was extremely friendly and offered me a ride to school and even bought me coffee to try and cheer me up. They were very honest and called me every couple of hours to update me on what they were doing. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic and I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously. The best.
