Natures Carpet Cleaning 2012 Ltd

What a disappointment! I was called by the company with a "special" they had on in my area. After we agreed upon a price and number of rooms, the gentleman showed up, and rushed through the job. A rec room, stairs, hallway, bedroom and area rug in 20 minutes!!! It takes me twice as long to vacuum that area myself. He then proceeded to provide me with a bill that was $80 over the quote. When I questioned him, he responded that he scotch guarded the rug, which I did not request, and that I should be grateful that he put a pet deodorizer on for free. When I questioned him about the price of the area rug, he claimed it was wool. It is not. Worst service I have encountered. I would not recommend, you're wasting your money!
