Check out this super easy DIY toothpaste recipe!
Ingredients: *1 Tbsp Bentonite Clay *2 Tbsp filtered water... *4 drops tea tree oil *pinch of sea salt *10-12 drops of an essential oil of your choice.
Method: Put all ingredients in a glass bowl and mix using a plastic or wooden spoon (clay should not come in contact with metal). Add more water if necessary to reach your desired consistency.
Optional add ins include: stevia xylitol activated charcoal thieves blend essential oil colloidal silver

This past weekend, I participated in the Alberta Herb Gathering with over a hundred other plant and herbal enthusiasts! It was a fantastic weekend packed full of informative workshops and plant walks. If you are interested in herbal medicine, check out the Alberta Herbalists Association. I have shopped here for years and have only had top-notch service (and some good laughs too!) from Kim! Excellent products including supplements and home decor, lifestyle products.

I have purchased hundreds of dollars of foundation products for my super-sensitive skin. Coupled with mild rosacia, it's hard to find a product that both covers and doesn't irritate. Kim suggested I try one of her pressed powder foundation products (the one she wears) and I am amazed at how great it is! I highly recommend all my friends with sensitive skin go in and talk too Kim. Worth it!
