Need A Plumber Canada - Calgary

We are extremely happy with the work done by Kody. He walked us through the work that he was going to do and got us comfortable. He was quick, easy to deal with, has a good sense of humour and is a really good guy. We will definitely use Need a Plumber again if we have any other issues and would highly recommend them and Kody to anyone else that needs plumbing assistance.

zero stars if possible. Terrible customer service, no showed twice to appointments. Initial repair was only good for 12hours

We are really happy with the work performed by Kody and Mike. Both of them are truly excellent professionals, and at the same time very friendly. They are quick, pay attention to detail, clearly understand their job, everything left clean behind themselves, absolutely perfect work. They answered all questions and explained where were the problems. Obviously they care about the best customers interests. They showed up on time, nice, friendly, with sense of humour - and the most importantly, they did just a perfect job. I gladly recommend them to everybody.

Derek was able to come in on quick notice and get a new water heater tank installed in just under an hour! Very quick service and friendly throughout. His honesty was also appreciated!

I encourage EVERYONE not to ever use Need a Plumber Canada! Ever!

Our furnace could have blown!

Paid them nearly $3,000 last weekend. Furnace quit again. They wanted to come back and charge us $1,000 to replace another part. A part I should note does not need replacing.

Have a new tech from a new company here and he's discovered they installed our new motor that we paid $2,800 for backwards.

If we wouldn't have caught this it could have blown our whole furnace up.

Maybe you should hire technicians that know what they are doing.

Save your money and find better company.

You also call their phone number and ask to talk to a Manager and they take a message and have no idea when someone will get to you.

My experience was horrible. They were rude. Left a mess. Over charges. And would not rectify the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
