I had a very good experience using Neptune and would recommend Symon to all my family and friends! He was on time efficient and spoke honestly about what problems needed to be addressed and was upfront about the costs associated with them. I was having issues with my hot water tank and although it was not fixed that day, as I have a special order part, Symon and the team at Neptune Plumbing located my part and gave me two options where time frame was concerned, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be calling Neptune again and asking for Symon if ever I have another plumbing or heating issue!

Had Symon come and look at my furnace which had multiple issues with it since it is 20 plus years old! did the work effiently and on good time he also gave me options on what to do to prolong the life of my furnace! he was curtious well spoken and trustworthy! will recommend him!

This was the first time we've used Neptune. Found them online and selected them because of other great reviews. Ben was really lovely - excellent customer service, he did his work efficiently and tidied up behind himself. The prices were fair and he was very clear in explaining the work to me. He even took the time to make sure that we were comfortable with all of the other plumbing components in new home. I appreciated the help from the girls on the phone - they give you a call half an hour before the technician arrives within your scheduled time slot and were very friendly.

I called Neptune a few days ago about a leaky toilet. Brian G came out this morning and was able to show me what the problem was, was able to provide me with several options, and was able to complete the install of a new toilet all before noon. He was wonderful to deal with and certainly exceeded my expectations on all levels. I will have no hesitation calling on Neptune and Brian again.

I had the best experience with this company. Ben came in to look at an emergency leak issue, which turned out to a minor issue, he was so kind that he did not even charge us for the emergency service. He is a super nice person!! He even looked at other issues at my place and got them fixed for no cost. I will highly recommend this company to anyone..

Trevor was great. He explained everything about the furnace and humidifier we choose to install. They cleaned up after day one and at end of job. They also arrived when they said they would. He was very polite and courteous. We would recommend anyone to use Neptune and specifically ask for Trevor.

Whilst doing a vent cleaning at my home, Trevor from Neptune Plumbing did a fantastic job and potentially saved mine and my families lives, by discovering a leak in our furnace heat exchanger that had been pumping CO into the house. This was a furnace we'd had inspected 3 times by other companies in the past year since we bought the house and the problem had not been detected... we got lucky to have someone do as thorough an inspection as Trevor did. couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism shown.
