About New Heights Fitness
New Heights Fitness is a studio in Hinton that offers Aerial Arts, Pole Fitness, kick fit and Yoga. We are committed to sharing our wisdom of each wellness discipline in a safe and nurturing environment.
New Heights Fitness Description
Height Fitness is a fitness studio specializing in Pole Fitness and Aerial Yoga. Classes run in six week sessions to build strength, flexibility and body awareness.
Pole Fitness- Pole workouts are a combination of Yoga, Pilates and dance based moves featuring both floor work and strength holds on the pole.
Aerial Yoga- Aerial Yoga features a suspended yoga hammock where traditional poses are practiced in the hammock. The hammock creates support and allows students to challenge themselves.
Pole Silks- Pole silks build on the foundations of pole fitness. By combing the aerial silks with pole, students learn how to maneuver the spin pole with the beauty of silks. *Coming Soon*
Both Pole and Aerial Yoga classes provide great workouts that are fun and challenging. Whether you are looking to try something new or wanting a fun new way to work out, Height Fitness has something for you!
