Super nice fella, never made me feel pressured once, even when I sat in his office for 4 hours making him search for truck after truck. Just picked up a F-150 yesterday from Norm at Nisku Ford, both Norm and John (manager) we great to deal with. There was never any pressure to buy vehicles or services that I wasn’t interested in. The fact that they put the truck “On Hold” until I could take my wife in and see it without even taking money was simply amazing. My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Nisku Ford, we did a trade-in with our previous vehicle. We worked with Ron and Joel and it was great!
