Nls Water Treatment

NLS water Treatment has a unique technology to clean water ranging from oilfield produced water and frack water to wastewater ponds, cooling tower water, desalinization, etc. The water treatment technology is a proprietary Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) that is based upon its proven hydrodynamic machinery and electro-chemical cells. We have deployed this technology on industrial scale for the commercial processing of water produced by Oil & Gas Production and Hydraulic Fracturing Flowback. The AOP works by a Multi Phase Reactor (MPR), a hybrid integration of high turbulent mixing, cavitation and electro-chemical reactions. The result of the MPR reactor design is the generation of a highly reactive cocktail of oxidizers to consume organic compounds and mineralize dissolved solids. The oxidation of organic compounds, whether in the form of hydrocarbons, polymers, bio-solids, etc. are exposed to the oxidizer cocktail in which they are turned into products of combustion, Carbon Dioxide and Water. Other dissolve solids such as metal ions (Iron, Calcium, Sodium, Hydrogen Sulfide, etc. ) are mineralized into oxidized states. The metallic ions which are normally colloidally suspended in the water with corresponding Halides (Chlorine, Bromine, etc. ). Chlorides no longer have an ionic bonding pair and then form Chlorine Dioxide and Free Chlorine. The process is fully scalable to support boutique Food & Beverage producers, 30 gpm to the large-scale applications of Municipal Waste Water Treatment, >1, 000 gpm. NLS also has products to clean up hydrocarbon contaimination in water and on land. NLS also can extract sugar from bagasse and palm oil using the same technology discussed above for water treatment.
