I loved my lashes they did for me! The staff was very professional and knew their lashes inside and out which made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back to them and recommend them to my friends. Their hours are flexible which helps with my busy life. Thanks Calgary Noir
I had a good first appointment but when I booked my fill I was not impressed with the service. Only had one technician there and did not acknowledge me when I came in. I was 10 min early for my appointment and my 30 min fill didn't start until 25 minutes after my scheduled time... leaving 5 min for my fill? She didn't tell me she was running behind until 20 minutes after my appointment start... after I asked. Not great PR if you asked me!
I love my lashes from Noir Lash Lounge. They offer a fast, friendly, and affordable service. My lashes look great and last a long time. Nicole does such an amazing job!
I had my first set of lashes ever done here by Sue and they turned out fabulously! She was very attentive in understanding what kind of look I wanted and delivered. I would highly recommend Sue.
I have been to this place 3 times so I gave it a fair shot and my review is fair.
In April I had a La Fling to make sure that I would not have any problems with an allergic reaction for my wedding in September. The Le Fling was ok but within a few days the lashes were GONE. But I thought NOTHING of this as I was told it was only 1/3 of the amount of lashes in a full set. I just figured my natural lashes were at the end of their natural cycle.
Fast Forward to August 8 I came in for a full set. This was a Thursday afternoon appointment and by Monday afternoon there was NO lashes on my right eye. My left eye was thinner but it still had some extensions. I stopped by the lounge and was scheduled for a fix on the Friday the 16th. I had my trial hair and make-up done the next day and my make-up artist already was finding lashes lifting.
By Tuesday ALL the lashes on BOTH eyes were gone. 2-3 weeks my ass! I called to cancel my fill and my new set in September days before my wedding. The girl who took my call didn't seem too concerned when I expressed WHY I was cancelling both appointments. That SHOCKED me, if this is your ONLY service don't you think it would concern you that your quality is not there?????
Oh well it just validated my decision. I will now just be going with a lash strip on the day of my wedding it will be way cheaper and will last just as long!
had a set of "volume" lashes done here, this was my first time getting eyelash extensions. when i got up they weren't even volume, the girl said if i wanted them off she'd take them off when i didn't want them anymore, not even a week later I wanted them off, they made my eyes constantly water because of how much glue she used, my eyes were irradiated and they were tangled all the time, so i called her to see if she would take them off like she said, she then told me to use baby oil to get them off. ALL my eyelashes fell out, my eyelashes have never been the same because of her mess up. She was super unprofessional. I had to remove her mistake myself & she wouldn't even take them off for me professionally. I HIGHLY do NOT recommended this place. Not naming the tech to save herself from embarrassment.
