Well, if you don't mind waiting over an hour and a half... order here. If you don't mind that Becky laughs at you when you ask where your food is... order here. If you don't mind placing another order, giving them a second chance and not getting what you ordered... by all means order here. Food is delicious... service beyond substandard.

The worst! I tried ordering and 45 mins later, when myself and my bf were sufficiently famished, I got an email saying my order was cancelled! When we went to the website chat to speak to someone about this, we were told to hold and then the chat was closed! Why are you even advertising if you can’t fill orders? If they were busy or backed up, why were we not notified or helped? This is really bad for business, guys. �

Pretty obvious that they get people to pad their google reviews and fb reviews (friends and family likely). They are SOOO poorly organized. I was having a dinner party and specifically noted that I needed the food on time, or else needed to be notified. Ordered FOUR hours before the dinner. Food was an hour late. When I called, they couldn't find the order, then they kept calling "dispatch" and saying the driver is on the way and its the drivers responsibility to call me and let me know the status. They basically passed off the responsibility and tried to lay blame on the driver who was given 2 deliveries to make in opposite areas of the city. No compensation, no apology. They are obviously short drivers and lack leadership and organization. We only used them bc Seol Fried Chicken only uses them for delivery so had no choice. Have used skip the dishes and just eat - way way more reliable.

Placed an order, waited for the expected time to arrive and it did not come. Apparently, I got a new driver because of my first driver had an accident (which was fine) however I had to contact Customer service to be notified and they estimated that it would be at least an extra 30 minutes until my food arrives.
