Pretty shitty experience for me, as I will not go back to this dealership.

She got off the phone and didnt acknowledge me even though she had looked at me several times. I followed over to the desk where she helped the lady who just walked in. I had asked if she could give me my keys first cause she couldn't find what the other lady was looking for and I had waited already and been ignored. She then very rudely told me because I was standing in the wrong place she wouldn't help me and proceeded to take her time with the other customer.

Went to get parts, was told to deal with "Service", "service says to deal with "parts",said buddy at parts told me to talk with you, and he says " oh fucking great, parts guy doesn't want to do his parts job" (unprofessional) nobody knew what they were doing, sat in waiting area for an hour just get something by the end of it took 5 mins. Pretty shitty experience for me, as I will not go back to this dealership.

Very unfriendly lady in service. After being the only one in there waiting to pick up my vehicle while she was on the phone someone else walked in. She got off the phone and didnt acknowledge me even though she had looked at me several times. I followed over to the desk where she helped the lady who just walked in. I had asked if she could give me my keys first cause she couldn't find what the other lady was looking for and I had waited already and been ignored. She then very rudely told me because I was standing in the wrong place she wouldn't help me and proceeded to take her time with the other customer.
