There were some issues with my brand new 2019 Jetta. Despite repairs and pushback from VW Canada, all of the staff went out of their way to assist and resolve the issue. From my initial salesperson Sam, to my next salesperson Brandon, the Finance people and the General Manager Zach, all were very accommodating. They did everything they could to make me a satisfied customer and I am. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Thanks to Taylor and Kat for helping me with my error code this evening. On my way to work this morning my check engine light came on followed by my AdBlue light about 5km down the road. I scanned the car and came up with error code P20E8. Taylor did a great job helping me with the AdBlue. With all she had going on she did her best to put my mind at ease. Kat, the service technician was awesome as well. She was very informative about the AdBlue system, cleared my codes, all with a smile. She test drove my vehicle and I was able to drive home without service lights shining in my face. You both did a great job. Thank you.

Shopping for a new or used vehicle can be quite daunting for some individuals although for me, Jay, the Management and staff at Norden Volkswagen made the process less of a headache than any other dealership I have ever dealt with.



I drove 6 hours out of my way to Norden because they treated me right from the beginning. My sales professional Jay was a top notch well dressed, respectful, honest individual who earned my respect and business because he truly cared about my needs including what was in my wallet. No sleazy sales tactics here it’s not about the quick buck it’s about the customers happiness. I felt it and you will too.

I had been looking for a vehicle for a few months now and had visited most of the dealerships in and around Edmonton..I just about purchased a couple of vehicles.But for one reason or another I wasn't totally satisfied, till I test drove a Volkswagen .My sales rep Roderick was very patient with me and very knowledgeable and down to earth..I am now getting to enjoy my Volkswagen Tiguan..

I was working up to purchasing a vehicle for quite a few months, as it was my first go at buying one on my own. Through the mountains of emails and texts of all my questions, their patience and attention to my needs was outstanding. They even let me borrow a demo for a weekend just to make sure it was the right choice for me!



No pressure whatsoever and despite it being my first go at buying my car on my own, I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. From the sales staff to management and the finance teams, everyone was so welcoming and professional. I just want to thank everyone who worked so hard to get me into my beautiful new Tiguan. All I see is complaints on this page; people like me who are happy with the car, should also take the time to compliment VW. If you have problems with the dealerships, but you should dig until they fix your problem. If not take it to the top. I have dealt with many dealerships and there is none better than the other one. I go for the car, I just upgraded to a Tiguan 2018 and is awesome, any issues I have with it, I know it will be taken care of. VW keep up the good work, I very feel safe driving a Tiguan.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Norden VW. My sales associate, Alfred was fantastic! His customer service was great and I would personally give him 5 stars. I appreciated his approach to dealing with customers and he was very supportive in meeting my needs. Dean in financing was awesome!



I only gave 3 stars because I was not impressed overall with this dealership. Sales reps are not friendly, or approachable, I watched several customers walk in to browse and it took over 10 mins for someone to greet them. I think the receptionist was painting her nails at one point.



I’ve been at several other dealerships where staff are very customer service focused, you are greeted immediately upon entry and you feel like you are taken care of from start to finish.



Most of this process was very disorganized and I spent a lot of time sitting and waiting.

If they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted, I would have purchased elsewhere.

I purchased a 2017 Golf with "Dimond Fusion". I was verbally told this was a specific windshield coating that would include up to 1 replacement windshield per year for the first 5yrs. Roll forward to two months ago where I had a large Crack in the windshield and go to replace it and am told it is a 3rd party that deals with Dimond Fusion and they give me a number to call. Turns out the place no longer takes calls only email. After getting the runaround from the company I call then go into Norden VW. Each time asking to speak with Manager. I am always assured I will be contacted but no one ever does. Finally I call VW canada customer service and surprise surprise Mike from norden calls that day to say they have had issues with the third party provider for Dimond Fusion and they now will take care of it in house. I drop my car off yesterday and was told upon pick up today they will no longer honor repairing windshield again. Spoke with Jason Seniuk/finance manager who says I only paid half of what they usually would have charged at time of purchase so it must mean they wouldn't have offered the one windshield max per year for five years. He refuses to honor original agreement. I have been a loyal customer and never been so disappointed in how poorly the situation was handled. Never told about change in coverage of windshield and brushed off because they entered a bad business deal with a third party.

Drove away with a vehicle that I love; however the 9hr process to get to that point was exhausting/frustrating and could have been better.

Originally wanted to purchase a Touareg. They refused to sell me the first one I drove & fell in love with, due to a “check engine” light that would sometimes show up. I refused to buy the second one, due to having to boost it a couple times before the actual test drive. I’m not really sure why these vehicles were listed and had a clear car proof in the first place, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.

I ended up buying a 2018 Tiguan, which I’m happy with so far. I appreciated the fact that they did everything they could for me to drive the Tiguan off the lot that night, since I live 6hrs away.

last june 2016 i bought a car form norden volkswagen, and try to cancel my buying the next day because when they offer me the car and trade in my old car they didn't tell me how much the trade in value. so as soon as I went home and review all the documents I found out how much they just payed on my old car, which is I'm not really satisfied and for some personal reasons. So we went back to the store and told them that we won't be getting the car anymore because of what I just found out. So to make the long story short they convince us to still get the car and offered us a cheque. So when they gave us a cheque I saw it was noted that cancellation of warranty which I ask the manager who gave me that why it is written like that...? so he told me it is nothing don't mind that, so I trust what he told me.I just thought that is his way in writing a cheque to a customer. Until later on found out what they did...I went to the dealer last april 18,2018 asking for a copy of our extended warranty which (they say to get it because it is good for a protection of our car) and found out that the warranty has been cancelled...and he ask them why? So what happen they make us believe that they gave us cashback just to keep the car and without my knowledge they cancelled my warranty making us believe that the cheque they gave me is from their company just to close the deal. They cancelled my warraty without my knowledge, and mind you the manger i talked too keeps telling us they have written proof that the cheque was for the cancellation yah right you have proof but you know the story behind this, you cancelled our warranty without our knowledge, hoping that the higher management would read my message, i won't recommend this location they fooled us...

Very disappointed that I purchased a vehicle from them in the dead of winter and when I went to use my AC for the first time last weekend it didn’t work. I’m now on the hook for just shy of $200 and possibly more if it’s an actual leak. Very frustrating considering this is not something I was able to check out myself at time of purchase. Poor customer service in my opinion if you can’t stand behind your saleable product.

The below incident occurred Nov. 26 2016. I was sorely taken advantage of when it came to the dealership telling me all vehicles MUST be sold with this warranty, there's no way around it. When I called the dealership after purchasing and asked to cancel it they said I could not. I called and spoke with LGM, explained my situation and was advised that the only way to get out of the contract is to sell the vehicle. Now that this has happened, I called to cancel and they told me the policy will be void and the new owner cannot take over the warranty nor can I cancel it and I am still responsible for the payments even the the policy is void... Because that makes sense. I have been given the run around so many times that it has gotten to the point that the dealerships finance manager and manager refuse to discuss this as I am advised by reception to re-read my contract and take it up with someone else. No name is provided with whom i can do this with. LGM and Norden are top notch for defamation, exploiting, under-handedness and all around disgust. To not only hide pages in the contract, send unsigned copies as "my copy" to me via email, to stop taking phone calls, to deliver a vehicle with rock chips in the windshield and refuse to have them fixed ("That's what happens when we deliver vehicles from Edmonton to Grande Prairie, The dealership there can fix it for a cost I'm sure") among so many other things. Please do yourself the favor and GO ELSE WHERE. You will end up nothing but frustrated, hurt, and disappointed.



Also, When I requested that the lady I spoke with pull up notes on my account for previous calls and indication of this she advised me they don't keep any records. Very professional.

Purchased a VW Tiguan (new) from Norden Volkswagen. The worst purchase decision we have ever made. The amount of money we have poured into repairs has made this the worst customer experience we have ever had.

Poor service today at the service department. I will start by saying we drive over two hours to bring our vehicle to Nordern VW. First I dropped my car off at ten o’clock in the am for a noon appointment for oil change and to fix gas door as locked up on us one time. Called them after three o’clock to find out if the car was ready advised that the vehicle had just went into the shop to start on it and that the vehicle would not be done until six o’clock PM.

Called back to speak with the Service Manager and they put me through to his voice mail. Called back again and they advised me he went home for the day. Entered the dealership at 3:45 to see the Setvice Manager at his desk in his office. Spoke to him about my concerns advised he had a stiffing issue and jobs on hoists taking longer than it should. Also was advised that he could not put my summer tires on rims for the price quoted as their was a miss understanding. Advised would not even touch the price they did the same job for me the year prior on the same vehicle. He wouldn’t match the price and basically told me I had mislead his employee. I went to speak to someone else about the situation and they then went as far to call me the customer a LIAR. I think this is my last service at Norden VW. They obviously don’t put enough effort into customer service, because they can’t handle issues that they create or because they get busy or over whelmed. Perhaps Norder needs to take time to speak to their customers so there is no misunderstandings as they call it. Or perhaps customers need to wear microphones to hold the business to its dealings with customers. It is now 4:45 PM and still no vehicle. It’s an oil change and a car wash?? What’s the real problem here....I don’t recommend service at this dealership.



Norden again you continue to disappoint, and perhaps when a salesman’s states he’s going to text you a price back, after five days he would at least have the decency to follow up. All smiles once your there in person. But onto the next VW dealership and a new salesman, Thanks for nothing Jay.

I have been buying cars from Norden for more then ten years have recommended my friends who have bought there as well but I have bought my last car from them.



They would not budge on there advertise price at all as they knew I really wanted this car they gave me a really low trade-in value for the previous car that I purchased from them.



I also live two hours away and they knew that I wanted to the car home that day went for supper well they put the paperwork through about an hour and a half later they called me for piece of information on the forms for financing (which means they just started processing this paperwork) I gave them the information and continued with my supper when I got back to the dealership about an hour after that another gentleman came and asked me the same question better given on the phone( witch means to paperwork had not moved in three hours) by then it was too late in the evening for the paperwork to go through which means I had to travel home and come back a week later to pick up the car.



Then just yesterday I visited there again as I had questions about the warranty I waited in the store for about 45 minutes for somebody to come talk to me then I asked could somebody call me as I had to go I still have not received this phone call.



I have spent a lot of money at this dealership most of the cars I have bought from there have been more than $40,000 do not think the customer even one that is only spent $10,000 should be treated this way and will be looking for a different dealership the next time I buy and would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

I dealt with this dealership in the spring of 2017. I bought a used car and traded in my off-the-lot 2015 Chevy Trax (I wanted more power, hence trading it in for the car). The Trax was mint n so when I saw the price of the car, I figured it would be an even deal, even with me acquiring a bit more debt because of getting the 3M on the Trax and new rims. It was a 2015 Ford Fusion and looked to be the blacked out edition. I drove to Edmonton from saskatoon specifically for that vehicle. It was a cold and miserably rainy n snowy day so the car didn’t look like it had any damage on it because it was black. I asked if the rims were black n not coated, the sales person and yes yes n I also asked about the grill and was also told yes. After a super long debate on wether or not to go ahead, I traded my vehicle in n was told it would be close to the same amount as my Trax. I was sadly mistaken. This was also my first time ever buying a used vehicle. The sales guy was the slimiest person I have ever dealt with and one hell of a smooth talker. Once it was all said and done, my mom looked over the paperwork n I had somehow purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion for $41,000! I was floored!! I had to go through AMVIC in order to get some of the cost back!! Also, I’ve learnt since then, you have 30 days to recant you purchase. Had I known that at the time, I would have turned around and got my vehicle back. There was damage on the wheel well, the rims and the grill are NOT the blacked out edition I was told and I could have saved myself huge amounts of headache with all the extra shit they threw in. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I attended to the dealership today to view a vehicle. As I was looking around the vehicle in the lot, a salesperson, male, came across and asked if he could help. I informed him that I was interested in potentially purchasing the vehicle, but as I had never seen the actual vehicle before, I wanted to look around the vehicle and get a feel for the interior. The salesperson asked if I wanted a test drive, but I declined as at this stage I just wanted to get a feel for the vehicle prior to any test drive. The salesperson went to get the vehicle keys and returned a minute later telling me they didn't have the keys and I would have to come back another day. The salesperson walked away, into the dealership and immediately started talking to another customer. This interaction does not give me any confidence in doing business with the dealership, and both my wife and myself felt we were completely irrelevant. I will not be attending this dealership again.

I also live two hours away and they knew that I wanted to the car home that day went for supper well they put the paperwork through about an hour and a half later they called me for piece of information on the forms for financing (which means they just started processing this paperwork) I gave them the information and continued with my supper when I got back to the dealership about an hour after that another gentleman came and asked me the same question better given on the phone( witch means to paperwork had not moved in three hours) by then it was too late in the evening for the paperwork to go through which means I had to travel home and come back a week later to pick up the car.



Then just yesterday I visited there again as I had questions about the warranty I waited in the store for about 45 minutes for somebody to come talk to me then I asked could somebody call me as I had to go I still have not received this phone call.



I have spent a lot of money at this dealership most of the cars I have bought from there have been more than $40,000 do not think the customer even one that is only spent $10,000 should be treated this way and will be looking for a different dealership the next time I buy and would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

I dealt with this dealership in the spring of 2017. I bought a used car and traded in my off-the-lot 2015 Chevy Trax (I wanted more power, hence trading it in for the car). The Trax was mint n so when I saw the price of the car, I figured it would be an even deal, even with me acquiring a bit more debt because of getting the 3M on the Trax and new rims. It was a 2015 Ford Fusion and looked to be the blacked out edition. I drove to Edmonton from saskatoon specifically for that vehicle. It was a cold and miserably rainy n snowy day so the car didn’t look like it had any damage on it because it was black. I asked if the rims were black n not coated, the sales person and yes yes n I also asked about the grill and was also told yes. After a super long debate on wether or not to go ahead, I traded my vehicle in n was told it would be close to the same amount as my Trax. I was sadly mistaken. This was also my first time ever buying a used vehicle. The sales guy was the slimiest person I have ever dealt with and one hell of a smooth talker. Once it was all said and done, my mom looked over the paperwork n I had somehow purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion for $41,000! I was floored!! I had to go through AMVIC in order to get some of the cost back!! Also, I’ve learnt since then, you have 30 days to recant you purchase. Had I known that at the time, I would have turned around and got my vehicle back. There was damage on the wheel well, the rims and the grill are NOT the blacked out edition I was told and I could have saved myself huge amounts of headache with all the extra shit they threw in. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I attended to the dealership today to view a vehicle. As I was looking around the vehicle in the lot, a salesperson, male, came across and asked if he could help. I informed him that I was interested in potentially purchasing the vehicle, but as I had never seen the actual vehicle before, I wanted to look around the vehicle and get a feel for the interior. The salesperson asked if I wanted a test drive, but I declined as at this stage I just wanted to get a feel for the vehicle prior to any test drive. The salesperson went to get the vehicle keys and returned a minute later telling me they didn't have the keys and I would have to come back another day. The salesperson walked away, into the dealership and immediately started talking to another customer. This interaction does not give me any confidence in doing business with the dealership, and both my wife and myself felt we were completely irrelevant. I will not be attending this dealership again.

There were some issues with my brand new 2019 Jetta. Despite repairs and pushback from VW Canada, all of the staff went out of their way to assist and resolve the issue. From my initial salesperson Sam, to my next salesperson Brandon, the Finance people and the General Manager Zach, all were very accommodating. They did everything they could to make me a satisfied customer and I am. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Thanks to Taylor and Kat for helping me with my error code this evening. On my way to work this morning my check engine light came on followed by my AdBlue light about 5km down the road. I scanned the car and came up with error code P20E8. Taylor did a great job helping me with the AdBlue. With all she had going on she did her best to put my mind at ease. Kat, the service technician was awesome as well. She was very informative about the AdBlue system, cleared my codes, all with a smile. She test drove my vehicle and I was able to drive home without service lights shining in my face. You both did a great job. Thank you.

I drove 6 hours out of my way to Norden because they treated me right from the beginning. My sales professional Jay was a top notch well dressed, respectful, honest individual who earned my respect and business because he truly cared about my needs including what was in my wallet. Through the mountains of emails and texts of all my questions, their patience and attention to my needs was outstanding. They even let me borrow a demo for a weekend just to make sure it was the right choice for me!



No pressure whatsoever and despite it being my first go at buying my car on my own, I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. All I see is complaints on this page; people like me who are happy with the car, should also take the time to compliment VW. If you have problems with the dealerships, but you should dig until they fix your problem. If not take it to the top. I have dealt with many dealerships and there is none better than the other one. I go for the car, I just upgraded to a Tiguan 2018 and is awesome, any issues I have with it, I know it will be taken care of. VW keep up the good work, I very feel safe driving a Tiguan.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Norden VW. My sales associate, Alfred was fantastic! His customer service was great and I would personally give him 5 stars. I appreciated his approach to dealing with customers and he was very supportive in meeting my needs. Dean in financing was awesome!



I only gave 3 stars because I was not impressed overall with this dealership. Sales reps are not friendly, or approachable, I watched several customers walk in to browse and it took over 10 mins for someone to greet them. I think the receptionist was painting her nails at one point.



I’ve been at several other dealerships where staff are very customer service focused, you are greeted immediately upon entry and you feel like you are taken care of from start to finish.



Most of this process was very disorganized and I spent a lot of time sitting and waiting.

If they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted, I would have purchased elsewhere.

I purchased a 2017 Golf with "Dimond Fusion". I was verbally told this was a specific windshield coating that would include up to 1 replacement windshield per year for the first 5yrs. Roll forward to two months ago where I had a large Crack in the windshield and go to replace it and am told it is a 3rd party that deals with Dimond Fusion and they give me a number to call. Turns out the place no longer takes calls only email. After getting the runaround from the company I call then go into Norden VW. Each time asking to speak with Manager. I am always assured I will be contacted but no one ever does. Finally I call VW canada customer service and surprise surprise Mike from norden calls that day to say they have had issues with the third party provider for Dimond Fusion and they now will take care of it in house. I drop my car off yesterday and was told upon pick up today they will no longer honor repairing windshield again. Spoke with Jason Seniuk/finance manager who says I only paid half of what they usually would have charged at time of purchase so it must mean they wouldn't have offered the one windshield max per year for five years. He refuses to honor original agreement. I have been a loyal customer and never been so disappointed in how poorly the situation was handled. Never told about change in coverage of windshield and brushed off because they entered a bad business deal with a third party.

Drove away with a vehicle that I love; however the 9hr process to get to that point was exhausting/frustrating and could have been better.

Originally wanted to purchase a Touareg. They refused to sell me the first one I drove & fell in love with, due to a “check engine” light that would sometimes show up. I refused to buy the second one, due to having to boost it a couple times before the actual test drive. I’m not really sure why these vehicles were listed and had a clear car proof in the first place, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.

I ended up buying a 2018 Tiguan, which I’m happy with so far. I appreciated the fact that they did everything they could for me to drive the Tiguan off the lot that night, since I live 6hrs away.

last june 2016 i bought a car form norden volkswagen, and try to cancel my buying the next day because when they offer me the car and trade in my old car they didn't tell me how much the trade in value. so as soon as I went home and review all the documents I found out how much they just payed on my old car, which is I'm not really satisfied and for some personal reasons. So we went back to the store and told them that we won't be getting the car anymore because of what I just found out. So to make the long story short they convince us to still get the car and offered us a cheque. So when they gave us a cheque I saw it was noted that cancellation of warranty which I ask the manager who gave me that why it is written like that...? so he told me it is nothing don't mind that, so I trust what he told me.I just thought that is his way in writing a cheque to a customer. Until later on found out what they did...I went to the dealer last april 18,2018 asking for a copy of our extended warranty which (they say to get it because it is good for a protection of our car) and found out that the warranty has been cancelled...and he ask them why? So what happen they make us believe that they gave us cashback just to keep the car and without my knowledge they cancelled my warranty making us believe that the cheque they gave me is from their company just to close the deal. They cancelled my warraty without my knowledge, and mind you the manger i talked too keeps telling us they have written proof that the cheque was for the cancellation yah right you have proof but you know the story behind this, you cancelled our warranty without our knowledge, hoping that the higher management would read my message, i won't recommend this location they fooled us...

Very disappointed that I purchased a vehicle from them in the dead of winter and when I went to use my AC for the first time last weekend it didn’t work. I’m now on the hook for just shy of $200 and possibly more if it’s an actual leak. Very frustrating considering this is not something I was able to check out myself at time of purchase. Poor customer service in my opinion if you can’t stand behind your saleable product.

The below incident occurred Nov. 26 2016. I was sorely taken advantage of when it came to the dealership telling me all vehicles MUST be sold with this warranty, there's no way around it. When I called the dealership after purchasing and asked to cancel it they said I could not. I called and spoke with LGM, explained my situation and was advised that the only way to get out of the contract is to sell the vehicle. Now that this has happened, I called to cancel and they told me the policy will be void and the new owner cannot take over the warranty nor can I cancel it and I am still responsible for the payments even the the policy is void... Because that makes sense. I have been given the run around so many times that it has gotten to the point that the dealerships finance manager and manager refuse to discuss this as I am advised by reception to re-read my contract and take it up with someone else. No name is provided with whom i can do this with. LGM and Norden are top notch for defamation, exploiting, under-handedness and all around disgust. To not only hide pages in the contract, send unsigned copies as "my copy" to me via email, to stop taking phone calls, to deliver a vehicle with rock chips in the windshield and refuse to have them fixed ("That's what happens when we deliver vehicles from Edmonton to Grande Prairie, The dealership there can fix it for a cost I'm sure") among so many other things. Please do yourself the favor and GO ELSE WHERE. You will end up nothing but frustrated, hurt, and disappointed.



Also, When I requested that the lady I spoke with pull up notes on my account for previous calls and indication of this she advised me they don't keep any records. Very professional.

Poor service today at the service department. I will start by saying we drive over two hours to bring our vehicle to Nordern VW. First I dropped my car off at ten o’clock in the am for a noon appointment for oil change and to fix gas door as locked up on us one time. Called them after three o’clock to find out if the car was ready advised that the vehicle had just went into the shop to start on it and that the vehicle would not be done until six o’clock PM.

Called back to speak with the Service Manager and they put me through to his voice mail. Called back again and they advised me he went home for the day. Entered the dealership at 3:45 to see the Setvice Manager at his desk in his office. Spoke to him about my concerns advised he had a stiffing issue and jobs on hoists taking longer than it should. Also was advised that he could not put my summer tires on rims for the price quoted as their was a miss understanding. Advised would not even touch the price they did the same job for me the year prior on the same vehicle. He wouldn’t match the price and basically told me I had mislead his employee. I went to speak to someone else about the situation and they then went as far to call me the customer a LIAR. I think this is my last service at Norden VW. They obviously don’t put enough effort into customer service, because they can’t handle issues that they create or because they get busy or over whelmed. Perhaps Norder needs to take time to speak to their customers so there is no misunderstandings as they call it. Or perhaps customers need to wear microphones to hold the business to its dealings with customers. It is now 4:45 PM and still no vehicle. It’s an oil change and a car wash?? What’s the real problem here....I don’t recommend service at this dealership.



Norden again you continue to disappoint, and perhaps when a salesman’s states he’s going to text you a price back, after five days he would at least have the decency to follow up. All smiles once your there in person. But onto the next VW dealership and a new salesman, Thanks for nothing Jay.

Purchased a VW Tiguan (new) from Norden Volkswagen. The worst purchase decision we have ever made. The amount of money we have poured into repairs has made this the worst customer experience we have ever had.

Poor service today at the service department. I will start by saying we drive over two hours to bring our vehicle to Nordern VW. First I dropped my car off at ten o’clock in the am for a noon appointment for oil change and to fix gas door as locked up on us one time. Called them after three o’clock to find out if the car was ready advised that the vehicle had just went into the shop to start on it and that the vehicle would not be done until six o’clock PM.

Called back to speak with the Service Manager and they put me through to his voice mail. Called back again and they advised me he went home for the day. Entered the dealership at 3:45 to see the Setvice Manager at his desk in his office. Spoke to him about my concerns advised he had a stiffing issue and jobs on hoists taking longer than it should. Also was advised that he could not put my summer tires on rims for the price quoted as their was a miss understanding. Advised would not even touch the price they did the same job for me the year prior on the same vehicle. He wouldn’t match the price and basically told me I had mislead his employee. I went to speak to someone else about the situation and they then went as far to call me the customer a LIAR. I think this is my last service at Norden VW. They obviously don’t put enough effort into customer service, because they can’t handle issues that they create or because they get busy or over whelmed. Perhaps Norder needs to take time to speak to their customers so there is no misunderstandings as they call it. Or perhaps customers need to wear microphones to hold the business to its dealings with customers. It is now 4:45 PM and still no vehicle. It’s an oil change and a car wash?? What’s the real problem here....I don’t recommend service at this dealership.



Norden again you continue to disappoint, and perhaps when a salesman’s states he’s going to text you a price back, after five days he would at least have the decency to follow up. All smiles once your there in person. But onto the next VW dealership and a new salesman, Thanks for nothing Jay.

I have been buying cars from Norden for more then ten years have recommended my friends who have bought there as well but I have bought my last car from them.



They would not budge on there advertise price at all as they knew I really wanted this car they gave me a really low trade-in value for the previous car that I purchased from them.



I also live two hours away and they knew that I wanted to the car home that day went for supper well they put the paperwork through about an hour and a half later they called me for piece of information on the forms for financing (which means they just started processing this paperwork) I gave them the information and continued with my supper when I got back to the dealership about an hour after that another gentleman came and asked me the same question better given on the phone( witch means to paperwork had not moved in three hours) by then it was too late in the evening for the paperwork to go through which means I had to travel home and come back a week later to pick up the car.



Then just yesterday I visited there again as I had questions about the warranty I waited in the store for about 45 minutes for somebody to come talk to me then I asked could somebody call me as I had to go I still have not received this phone call.



I have spent a lot of money at this dealership most of the cars I have bought from there have been more than $40,000 do not think the customer even one that is only spent $10,000 should be treated this way and will be looking for a different dealership the next time I buy and would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

I dealt with this dealership in the spring of 2017. I bought a used car and traded in my off-the-lot 2015 Chevy Trax (I wanted more power, hence trading it in for the car). The Trax was mint n so when I saw the price of the car, I figured it would be an even deal, even with me acquiring a bit more debt because of getting the 3M on the Trax and new rims. It was a 2015 Ford Fusion and looked to be the blacked out edition. I drove to Edmonton from saskatoon specifically for that vehicle. It was a cold and miserably rainy n snowy day so the car didn’t look like it had any damage on it because it was black. I asked if the rims were black n not coated, the sales person and yes yes n I also asked about the grill and was also told yes. After a super long debate on wether or not to go ahead, I traded my vehicle in n was told it would be close to the same amount as my Trax. I was sadly mistaken. This was also my first time ever buying a used vehicle. The sales guy was the slimiest person I have ever dealt with and one hell of a smooth talker. Once it was all said and done, my mom looked over the paperwork n I had somehow purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion for $41,000! I was floored!! I had to go through AMVIC in order to get some of the cost back!! Also, I’ve learnt since then, you have 30 days to recant you purchase. Had I known that at the time, I would have turned around and got my vehicle back. There was damage on the wheel well, the rims and the grill are NOT the blacked out edition I was told and I could have saved myself huge amounts of headache with all the extra shit they threw in. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I attended to the dealership today to view a vehicle. As I was looking around the vehicle in the lot, a salesperson, male, came across and asked if he could help. I informed him that I was interested in potentially purchasing the vehicle, but as I had never seen the actual vehicle before, I wanted to look around the vehicle and get a feel for the interior. The salesperson asked if I wanted a test drive, but I declined as at this stage I just wanted to get a feel for the vehicle prior to any test drive. The salesperson went to get the vehicle keys and returned a minute later telling me they didn't have the keys and I would have to come back another day. The salesperson walked away, into the dealership and immediately started talking to another customer. This interaction does not give me any confidence in doing business with the dealership, and both my wife and myself felt we were completely irrelevant. I will not be attending this dealership again.

There were some issues with my brand new 2019 Jetta. Despite repairs and pushback from VW Canada, all of the staff went out of their way to assist and resolve the issue. From my initial salesperson Sam, to my next salesperson Brandon, the Finance people and the General Manager Zach, all were very accommodating. They did everything they could to make me a satisfied customer and I am. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Thanks to Taylor and Kat for helping me with my error code this evening. On my way to work this morning my check engine light came on followed by my AdBlue light about 5km down the road. I scanned the car and came up with error code P20E8. Taylor did a great job helping me with the AdBlue. With all she had going on she did her best to put my mind at ease. Kat, the service technician was awesome as well. She was very informative about the AdBlue system, cleared my codes, all with a smile. She test drove my vehicle and I was able to drive home without service lights shining in my face. You both did a great job. Thank you.

Shopping for a new or used vehicle can be quite daunting for some individuals although for me, Jay, the Management and staff at Norden Volkswagen made the process less of a headache than any other dealership I have ever dealt with.



I drove 6 hours out of my way to Norden because they treated me right from the beginning. My sales professional Jay was a top notch well dressed, respectful, honest individual who earned my respect and business because he truly cared about my needs including what was in my wallet. No sleazy sales tactics here it’s not about the quick buck it’s about the customers happiness. I felt it and you will too.



I am SOLD on Norden and hope to deal with Jay and staff in the future.

I had been looking for a vehicle for a few months now and had visited most of the dealerships in and around Edmonton..I just about purchased a couple of vehicles.But for one reason or another I wasn't totally satisfied, till I test drove a Volkswagen .My sales rep Roderick was very patient with me and very knowledgeable and down to earth..I am now getting to enjoy my Volkswagen Tiguan..

I was working up to purchasing a vehicle for quite a few months, as it was my first go at buying one on my own. Through the mountains of emails and texts of all my questions, their patience and attention to my needs was outstanding. They even let me borrow a demo for a weekend just to make sure it was the right choice for me!



No pressure whatsoever and despite it being my first go at buying my car on my own, I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. From the sales staff to management and the finance teams, everyone was so welcoming and professional. I just want to thank everyone who worked so hard to get me into my beautiful new Tiguan. All I see is complaints on this page; people like me who are happy with the car, should also take the time to compliment VW. If you have problems with the dealerships, but you should dig until they fix your problem. If not take it to the top. I have dealt with many dealerships and there is none better than the other one. I go for the car, I just upgraded to a Tiguan 2018 and is awesome, any issues I have with it, I know it will be taken care of. VW keep up the good work, I very feel safe driving a Tiguan.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Norden VW. My sales associate, Alfred was fantastic! His customer service was great and I would personally give him 5 stars. I appreciated his approach to dealing with customers and he was very supportive in meeting my needs. Dean in financing was awesome!



I only gave 3 stars because I was not impressed overall with this dealership. Sales reps are not friendly, or approachable, I watched several customers walk in to browse and it took over 10 mins for someone to greet them. I think the receptionist was painting her nails at one point.



I’ve been at several other dealerships where staff are very customer service focused, you are greeted immediately upon entry and you feel like you are taken care of from start to finish.



Most of this process was very disorganized and I spent a lot of time sitting and waiting.

If they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted, I would have purchased elsewhere.

I purchased a 2017 Golf with "Dimond Fusion". I was verbally told this was a specific windshield coating that would include up to 1 replacement windshield per year for the first 5yrs. Roll forward to two months ago where I had a large Crack in the windshield and go to replace it and am told it is a 3rd party that deals with Dimond Fusion and they give me a number to call. Turns out the place no longer takes calls only email. After getting the runaround from the company I call then go into Norden VW. Each time asking to speak with Manager. I am always assured I will be contacted but no one ever does. Finally I call VW canada customer service and surprise surprise Mike from norden calls that day to say they have had issues with the third party provider for Dimond Fusion and they now will take care of it in house. I drop my car off yesterday and was told upon pick up today they will no longer honor repairing windshield again. Spoke with Jason Seniuk/finance manager who says I only paid half of what they usually would have charged at time of purchase so it must mean they wouldn't have offered the one windshield max per year for five years. He refuses to honor original agreement. I have been a loyal customer and never been so disappointed in how poorly the situation was handled. Never told about change in coverage of windshield and brushed off because they entered a bad business deal with a third party.

Drove away with a vehicle that I love; however the 9hr process to get to that point was exhausting/frustrating and could have been better.

Originally wanted to purchase a Touareg. They refused to sell me the first one I drove & fell in love with, due to a “check engine” light that would sometimes show up. I refused to buy the second one, due to having to boost it a couple times before the actual test drive. I’m not really sure why these vehicles were listed and had a clear car proof in the first place, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.

I ended up buying a 2018 Tiguan, which I’m happy with so far. I appreciated the fact that they did everything they could for me to drive the Tiguan off the lot that night, since I live 6hrs away.

last june 2016 i bought a car form norden volkswagen, and try to cancel my buying the next day because when they offer me the car and trade in my old car they didn't tell me how much the trade in value. so as soon as I went home and review all the documents I found out how much they just payed on my old car, which is I'm not really satisfied and for some personal reasons. So we went back to the store and told them that we won't be getting the car anymore because of what I just found out. So to make the long story short they convince us to still get the car and offered us a cheque. So when they gave us a cheque I saw it was noted that cancellation of warranty which I ask the manager who gave me that why it is written like that...? so he told me it is nothing don't mind that, so I trust what he told me.I just thought that is his way in writing a cheque to a customer. Until later on found out what they did...I went to the dealer last april 18,2018 asking for a copy of our extended warranty which (they say to get it because it is good for a protection of our car) and found out that the warranty has been cancelled...and he ask them why? So what happen they make us believe that they gave us cashback just to keep the car and without my knowledge they cancelled my warranty making us believe that the cheque they gave me is from their company just to close the deal. They cancelled my warraty without my knowledge, and mind you the manger i talked too keeps telling us they have written proof that the cheque was for the cancellation yah right you have proof but you know the story behind this, you cancelled our warranty without our knowledge, hoping that the higher management would read my message, i won't recommend this location they fooled us...

Very disappointed that I purchased a vehicle from them in the dead of winter and when I went to use my AC for the first time last weekend it didn’t work. I’m now on the hook for just shy of $200 and possibly more if it’s an actual leak. Very frustrating considering this is not something I was able to check out myself at time of purchase. Poor customer service in my opinion if you can’t stand behind your saleable product.

The below incident occurred Nov. 26 2016. I was sorely taken advantage of when it came to the dealership telling me all vehicles MUST be sold with this warranty, there's no way around it. When I called the dealership after purchasing and asked to cancel it they said I could not. I called and spoke with LGM, explained my situation and was advised that the only way to get out of the contract is to sell the vehicle. Now that this has happened, I called to cancel and they told me the policy will be void and the new owner cannot take over the warranty nor can I cancel it and I am still responsible for the payments even the the policy is void... Because that makes sense. I have been given the run around so many times that it has gotten to the point that the dealerships finance manager and manager refuse to discuss this as I am advised by reception to re-read my contract and take it up with someone else. No name is provided with whom i can do this with. LGM and Norden are top notch for defamation, exploiting, under-handedness and all around disgust. To not only hide pages in the contract, send unsigned copies as "my copy" to me via email, to stop taking phone calls, to deliver a vehicle with rock chips in the windshield and refuse to have them fixed ("That's what happens when we deliver vehicles from Edmonton to Grande Prairie, The dealership there can fix it for a cost I'm sure") among so many other things. Please do yourself the favor and GO ELSE WHERE. You will end up nothing but frustrated, hurt, and disappointed.
