I usually buy my vehicles from private sellers to avoid the GST but I wanted to buy local. An since I have had a very positive experience every time I brought my Fords in for service at Norris I thought I would give them a try. I will say that, for the most part, the purchase was OK but I was verbally promised that my new to me used vehicle would receive a light detailing but upon receiving the vehicle I was quite disappointed that it was not nearly cleaned to my expectation. The salesman, who had previously assured me that the vehicle would receive a proper cleaning, explained that because of the deal I was getting there was no room in the price for this expense. I spent less than an hour properly detailing the vehicle before presenting it to my wife all cleaned and ready to go. In my opinion, this would have been a small price to pay for a satisfied customer. Having said that, I am happy with the vehicle and believe I received a fair price.

Had to get service done on my car. The staff were great at communicating every step along the way and very helpful. I really like their text message program. I find it very convenient.
