Once again, I'm super impressed with the great service that I received with my truck at Norris Ford. I dropped it off in the morning and received a ride to work. When my day was done, my washed and serviced truck was sitting outside my work place with a detailed invoice of what was done and the checklist on the seat. Really, what else can I ask for? (perhaps a few red m & m's left with the invoice? - like a rock star? Hmmm...not a bad idea Lol!)

Just this past Saturday I picked up my new 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat. The service I received was excellent ! Coby had a lot of patience lol. I was in Norris Ford for at least 2 hours,trying to decide as to which vehicle I wanted to buy. Coby had all the answers to all of my questions. I never felt rushed and he gave me his full attention. Rod Oracheski actually drove me around town (never been there before ) to show me where I needed to go. He then takes me back to the dealership and gives me his car so I can do my running around while they fix my pickup! !!!!! Connie was absolutely amazing as well, she bent over backwards to help me ( even filled my water jugs ) I think I am still in shock, it is so good to know that there is still some VERY wonderful people out there! They could have kept me more informed, but they struggled for about an hour to get parts to fix a recall(and I hadn't even been informed there was one yet). Talk about service! I'm thankfull they worked so hard to try to source things to fix it. I walked out happy to be their client.

The auto body shop did a great job on re-aligning my drivers door, didn't have to wait too long for the job, dropped it off in the morning and had it back as promised in the afternoon, also thanks to the service bay for fixing my mud flaps on the rear as I noticed the screws were coming out, they did the job on the same day I popped in to let them know something was wrong. Thanks again for being professional doing your jobs.

The auto body shop did a great job on re-aligning my drivers door, didn't have to wait too long for the job, dropped it off in the morning and had it back as promised in the afternoon, also thanks to the service bay for fixing my mud flaps on the rear as I noticed the screws were coming out, they did the job on the same day I popped in to let them know something was wrong. Thanks again for being professional doing your jobs.
