Update **** Just picked up my second brand new car from North Hill Mazda and again was completed wowed. The service, one on one attention and complete understanding of my needs and how to meet them from Troy Stephenson (my sales guy) was second to none. Kurt in finance was super efficient, very knowledgeable and of course a big thanks to Lindsay Allen at my delivery and taking the time to make sure I knew what did what. I love my new car and am so grateful for the people here who helped make it happen. If you want the best car buying experience you HAVE to go here. Congrats to Rob Orchard for assembling such a great team and see you in 6 months for my service appointment!!.....

From when I first walked in the door to driving off the lot with my brand new car I was so impressed with the team at North Hill Mazda. I had a wonderful car buying experience with Paolo Johnson & David Sosa. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as very accommodating. On more than one occasion Paolo stayed well past closing hours to answer all of our questions and ensure that we felt comfortable before making our decision. Genuine and amazing customer service from the North Hill Mazda team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership.

This was the best car buying experience I could have hoped for. After going to a few dealerships and being pretty turned off by the salespeople, I was incredibly happy to have found this place. David Sosa is literally the best salesman I've ever encountered. He was genuine, caring and really went out of his way to make sure I not only got exactly the vehicle I wanted, but also that the experience was effortless and enjoyable. We dealt with David Hoffman at North Hill Mazda and he was very helpful. We met with him few times, by the time we made the deal and he was patient, helpful and supportive the whole way through. Robin and Lindsey were efficient and because of them the whole process went so smoothly. Overall, a great experience!

Just picked up my new Mazda 3 at North Hill Mazda! David Sosa was informed, friendly, genuine, and easy to work with. Lindsay and Robin also know their stuff and left me feeling very comfortable with my car buying experience.

I called on August 25 to make an appointment for scheduled maintenance. I was told they didn't have any waiting appointments, but that I could bring the car in that day (a Friday) and it would be done by Saturday. When I dropped my car off at around noon on the Friday I was told that although my appointment was entered in for Saturday, it would likely be done by the end of the day. I didn't get a phone call on Friday at all, nor did I get a phone call on Saturday (the day it was guaranteed to be done). I did call Mazda at the end of the day Saturday to inquire about my car, but they apparently don't check messages very frequently. I'm now without a car for all of Sunday, and had I known it would have taken longer than expected I would have simply made an appointment for a different day. I'm flying out of town on Monday and now will have to use an uber for that too, which is hugely inconvenient. I would have appreciated a phone call on either Friday or Saturday letting me know that it would take longer than expected.

*EDIT* I'm changing my review to four stars because I spoke to the manager (Steve?) and he was very understanding and nice about this whole situation. He waived the fee for programming a new set of keys that I needed, though I still had to pay for the key itself. I didn't go up to the full five stars because the key situation was another thing that was supposed to be done at my previous appointment but just got neglected altogether.

Amazing dealership, better than all the others I went to in Calgary. Good service, honest and (most important to me) NOT PUSHY!!! Always felt they had my best interests in mind and didn't want to just "sell me any car". So helpful in every way. Davin was the best sales guy I've ever dealt with by FAR!!

North Hill Mazda provided exceptional service from beginning to end. David Sosa was very accommodating and went out of his way to make the experience an excellent one! I would highly recommend David, he struck the perfect balance between providing the information needed and not being overly pushy. Robin in the finance department was also extremely helpful. I purchased my 2016 Mazda CX-5 from North Hill almost a year ago. I waited to leave this review as I wanted to solidify the validity of this review after my first year of services were complete. The sales process and the services are always top notch. Rob and his team are always so friendly and always go above and beyond for you to ensure they exceed your expectations.

My first Mazda purchase was from Kramer and it was a nightmare. Completely opposite with North Hill. I am actually seen as a client and cared about even after the sales process. With Kramer they were good to me until I took the car home. After that, I didn't exist.

There was a miscommunication between the sales and finance which changed the cost of the agreement, but Rob was quick to respond and rectify the situation. Danielle in finance is super helpful, knowledgeable and so easy to work with.

Being a 6 year Mazda owner, I highly recommend your next vehicle purchase from North Hill. Sales and service is top notch in comparison to Kramer.
