Purchased a new Final Edition Evolution from the team at Northside Mitsubishi. Doing it from out of province over email and the phone was a seamless experience and everyone was great to deal with. Once I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted and finalizing everything was less than half an hour. I'm one happy customer and would do business with again. They even drove me to a registry so I could get temporary plates to drive my new car home. Huge thumbs up to Hoda and Damian and the rest of the team. Thanks again guys!

I went to southside Mitsubishi with a tire that had a hole in it and was leaking air and they turned me away. Northside Mitsubishi got me in asap and fixed me up and treated me like I was important and they actually cared. I have bought 2 vehicles from the Northside Mitsubishi and even tho I live in the deep South I will continue to only deal with the Northside Mitsubishi.

I purchased my second vehicle with them 6 months ago. From the time I spoke to the salesman Ivan and to the time I picked up my car it was nothing but amazing service. They went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted in a vehicle even if it meant putting in rear seat heaters for the first time ever. Christy and her team in service is always flawless and they fix any issues I have fast with no issues. I would buy from Northside Mitsubishi again in the future.

Bought a 2014 Outlander GT and I can honestly say that it's the best vehicle I have ever driven! The staff are second to none and all questions are answered with knowledge and pride ! They truly are a great dealership! Thanks guys.

Worst financial mistake I have made in my life . . Paid 4 years of no missed payments to the same finance company they put me with for my new mitsubishi, Scotia dealers advantage (no advantage there) and managed to get me the worst possible financing they could .. avoid at all cost they have no regard for anything but your money

Unlimited Oil Changes are a SCAM!! Terrible customer service!! Tell you everything you want to hear but don't stand by what their sales people promise!! Don't waste your time and energy with this place!!

This dealership is awful the manager is pretty rude not to mention. I got screwed with my 2008 lancer and it was breaking down every couple of months and I had to fight tooth and nail for them to even do anything and 5 weeks later I had my car back. And.... It broke immediately. So showing my nice side I traded up for a new 2014 lancer. And they promised my rims would fit no problem. Guess what they didn't and they refused to help as "it wasn't their tires." But they had come with my 2008 lancer they even refuse to warranty them though I paid for it. Now shortly later I had a fog light crack at 4,500kms and guess what they refused to warranty it even after they said it wasn't a problem. I will never deal with these guys again. But hey you get what you pay for I guess.
