I purchased my first new truck back in January of 2016, and I can't complain about my service that I have received as not only an employee but as a customer. Previous to my employment with this establishment, my family has purchased several vehicles from Joe Ramos and will continue to purchase vehicle from Joe Ramos and the team at Northgate GM. I myself will continue to purchase my vehicles from Northgate GM even though I am no longer a GM employee. Bob and Don are both very stand up guys. I left on my own terms to explore other avenues in the automotive industry. If you're looking to purchase a new GMC, Chevrolet or Buick, take it from the guy who not only worked there but humbly served at 3 other GM dealers as well as a Ford, Lexus and Dodge dealer, THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS. I just done my oil change for both vehicles ,price was very good cheaper then any lube store ,and Alex was very helpful and has nice customer service .

I have leased and purchased 6 vehicles from Northgate over the last number of years and have been extremely pleased with the service and attention that my family receives from this dealer. My children have also been leasing/purchasing form Northgate with the same results as well as friends who have experienced the same.



I am currently just ending a lease on my 2014 Verano and looking at the 2017 version or the new 2017 Cruze Premier Hatchback. The service department has also been very easy to deal with when the need arises.

Service is ok. But when I took my Camaro out for the first ride of the year last week after them replacing the reverse gear in my manual transmission. I kept hearing a clunk when I punched it. we put it on my friends lift the bolts from the transmission mounts to the cross member were missing like wtf kind of journey man do you have there and for them to miss that I will never take my 3 gmc vehicles to them again as well as the eight service vehicles I have don't take your vehicles here and will go out of my way to tell people not to go there.

My service advisor was amazing...shop foreman was completely rude to my wife. Walked away from her mid sentence. And the service manager that wouldnt come out of his office to discuss our issues, in my eyes that is onenof the rudest most disrespectful actions that a person can do to a customer.



I brought my vehicle in for an issue. Was assured the issue was fixed. Now 3 visits later im left without a properly working vehicle.



Never again will i go back.

We made an appointment to bring our Acadia in for recall work, we told them we're from out of town and need to figure what needs to be done. My wife drops off the vehicle the mechanics put a scanner on check the codes, and tell her they'll get it in right away. Four hours later my wife stops at the dealership and the Acadia is sitting right were she left it. So she phones, and the man who answered tells her it's in the shop, when she says your lying I'm sitting right beside it! This man then laughs at my wife and says why would you expect us to look at it today!! It's nice to see that Northgate really does not care about customers just the money we pay you guys. I will never buy anything from this sorry excuse for a company.

This was not my first time dealing with Northgate, I was a return customer because of the service from the used sales team and help of the new car sales staff... however in February I traded in my truck for an Equinox which I thought I would be OK with... I quickly realized I wasn't. I believe I called as soon as I got home to inform of an issue with the clock not keeping time and I may have mentioned at that point perhaps the next day to inform them that I hated this car. Unaware that I had 30 days to change my mind, my calls were not returned. The survey lady who calls for the satisfaction report was also told how much I hated the car and about the clock. She assured me that someone from the dealership would call me back within 24 hours. .. never happened. Made another couple calls withing the next couple of weeks and received no call back. I sit right now 2 1/2 months later in another dealership hoping to be able to get out of this car!!!

Terrible! Will never go back! These people are rude, condicending and should not be employed in sales or customer service! My suggestion is they all go to Edmonton motors for training before they are allowed to serve the public! I don't know how this dealership can survive!

I was so frustrated with the service when I brought my vehicle in to have an antenna replaced. I have a 2017 Yukon Denali that was purchased from Northgate in October 2017. It sat at the dealership all day when I was told it was being worked on. I went to the dealership to pick up my vehicle to see it just being driven into the shop. I was told it would take an hour and a half to fix. My vehicle had now been there for 8 hours. I asked to speak with the shop foreman as I was getting no where with the service advisor. He came to speak with me and told me they had vehicles left over from the day before. I told him maybe you should call customers when you knew the day before you couldn't of worked on the vehicle first thing in the morning. I drove 2 and a half hours to have it sit there all day. Magically my vehicle had been finished he told me. It took 17 minutes from when I seen my vehicle drive into the shop to it being fixed. Unreal!! I told the service advisor and the shop foreman I will never buy another vehicle again from you or ever come back for warranty work. They responded with that's your choice. I have been to other dealerships that would try anything they could to make things right but not Northgate. The only good thing about Northgate is Lisa Cameron in sales!! She is fantastic. Unfortunately we will not be able to buy another vehicle from her unless she changes dealerships.

Get you're vehicle serviced at the dealer they say, they built it and no one knows it better, $1200 later and drive car three times exact problem happens, got it towed again, new problem found, I questioned the previous repairs apparently there are multiple problems that cause the exact fault and I quote "it is possible but not likely", if you want to pay for B.S and lies go here for service, if you're looking for great honest service go elsewhere ........

Just bought new 2016 LTZ truck. Replaced the 2004 I bought at Northgate as well...Service here is always consistent, get my calls returned, get options that pass the logic test.



The new vehicle sale (and for that matter used, which I've done here as well) process is always comfortable....fair price, easy transaction of the business aspects and not pushy on the "extras"....

I purchased my first new truck back in January of 2016, and I can't complain about my service that I have received as not only an employee but as a customer. Previous to my employment with this establishment, my family has purchased several vehicles from Joe Ramos and will continue to purchase vehicle from Joe Ramos and the team at Northgate GM. I myself will continue to purchase my vehicles from Northgate GM even though I am no longer a GM employee. Bob and Don are both very stand up guys. I left on my own terms to explore other avenues in the automotive industry. I just done my oil change for both vehicles ,price was very good cheaper then any lube store ,and Alex was very helpful and has nice customer service .

I have leased and purchased 6 vehicles from Northgate over the last number of years and have been extremely pleased with the service and attention that my family receives from this dealer. My children have also been leasing/purchasing form Northgate with the same results as well as friends who have experienced the same.



I am currently just ending a lease on my 2014 Verano and looking at the 2017 version or the new 2017 Cruze Premier Hatchback. The service department has also been very easy to deal with when the need arises.

Service is ok. But when I took my Camaro out for the first ride of the year last week after them replacing the reverse gear in my manual transmission. I kept hearing a clunk when I punched it. we put it on my friends lift the bolts from the transmission mounts to the cross member were missing like wtf kind of journey man do you have there and for them to miss that I will never take my 3 gmc vehicles to them again as well as the eight service vehicles I have don't take your vehicles here and will go out of my way to tell people not to go there.

My service advisor was amazing...shop foreman was completely rude to my wife. Walked away from her mid sentence. And the service manager that wouldnt come out of his office to discuss our issues, in my eyes that is onenof the rudest most disrespectful actions that a person can do to a customer.



I brought my vehicle in for an issue. Was assured the issue was fixed. Now 3 visits later im left without a properly working vehicle.



Never again will i go back.

We made an appointment to bring our Acadia in for recall work, we told them we're from out of town and need to figure what needs to be done. My wife drops off the vehicle the mechanics put a scanner on check the codes, and tell her they'll get it in right away. Four hours later my wife stops at the dealership and the Acadia is sitting right were she left it. So she phones, and the man who answered tells her it's in the shop, when she says your lying I'm sitting right beside it! This man then laughs at my wife and says why would you expect us to look at it today!! It's nice to see that Northgate really does not care about customers just the money we pay you guys. I will never buy anything from this sorry excuse for a company.

This was not my first time dealing with Northgate, I was a return customer because of the service from the used sales team and help of the new car sales staff... however in February I traded in my truck for an Equinox which I thought I would be OK with... I quickly realized I wasn't. I believe I called as soon as I got home to inform of an issue with the clock not keeping time and I may have mentioned at that point perhaps the next day to inform them that I hated this car. Unaware that I had 30 days to change my mind, my calls were not returned. The survey lady who calls for the satisfaction report was also told how much I hated the car and about the clock. She assured me that someone from the dealership would call me back within 24 hours. .. never happened. Made another couple calls withing the next couple of weeks and received no call back. I sit right now 2 1/2 months later in another dealership hoping to be able to get out of this car!!!

Terrible! Will never go back! These people are rude, condicending and should not be employed in sales or customer service! My suggestion is they all go to Edmonton motors for training before they are allowed to serve the public! I don't know how this dealership can survive!

I was so frustrated with the service when I brought my vehicle in to have an antenna replaced. I have a 2017 Yukon Denali that was purchased from Northgate in October 2017. It sat at the dealership all day when I was told it was being worked on. I went to the dealership to pick up my vehicle to see it just being driven into the shop. I was told it would take an hour and a half to fix. My vehicle had now been there for 8 hours. I asked to speak with the shop foreman as I was getting no where with the service advisor. He came to speak with me and told me they had vehicles left over from the day before. I told him maybe you should call customers when you knew the day before you couldn't of worked on the vehicle first thing in the morning. I drove 2 and a half hours to have it sit there all day. Magically my vehicle had been finished he told me. It took 17 minutes from when I seen my vehicle drive into the shop to it being fixed. Unreal!! I told the service advisor and the shop foreman I will never buy another vehicle again from you or ever come back for warranty work. They responded with that's your choice. I have been to other dealerships that would try anything they could to make things right but not Northgate. The only good thing about Northgate is Lisa Cameron in sales!! She is fantastic. Unfortunately we will not be able to buy another vehicle from her unless she changes dealerships.

Get you're vehicle serviced at the dealer they say, they built it and no one knows it better, $1200 later and drive car three times exact problem happens, got it towed again, new problem found, I questioned the previous repairs apparently there are multiple problems that cause the exact fault and I quote "it is possible but not likely", if you want to pay for B.S and lies go here for service, if you're looking for great honest service go elsewhere ........
