I called to get an auto quote today, very disappointing Service was really poor from a lady named Rosemary. Right from the start of the conversation, I could sense she wasn't helpful - tone of voice and things she said to me. To top it all off, she didn't want to get me a quote because I'm not the driver and owner of the vehicle, but it's for my husband! But I'm doing all the administrative works for the both of us...?
