The staff are genuine and are so caring - they ensure you know what is about to happen and are able to work around your fear of needles - if you have one [like me]. They really do everything that can to ensure your visit is as pleasant as can be :)

I was dreading having to go back to the dentist after 2 years.. (I don't enjoy the dentist very much) however, the kindness and care that the team at Northland Dental Choice showed me during my appointment was soooo awesome. It was surprisingly such a pleasant experience. Dr. Delhon is very informative and personable. The staff was so helpful in trying to speed up my dental process in order to work with my insurance and tried to help in every way they could. Thank you Northland Dental for making my dental experience such a good one!!

Best dentist I have ever been to! Very efficient, professional and clearly well trained. He likes what he does and is very straight forward. Have seen him twice now- once to drain an abcess and assess the cause. Second was to extract the problem tooth. Both times was almost no pain/ discomfort and done efficiently. His staff from the receptionists to tech's in the back are awesome, professional and very competent. Have been looking for a good dentist to care for my family so very pleased to found these guys! Top rate care!!

Been here a few times recently... Dr Delhon and team has been wonderful. Kristin at the front desk is always so kind and helpful. Janine is the best hygienist. Look forward to my six month cleanings. Thanks everyone!

After two years of not having a check-up I decided to head to Northland Dental Choice for a hygiene appointment and exam. I have always disliked dentists since I have a small mouth and procedures can be painful, but the staff at Northland were very accommodating to help my experience be as comfortable as possible! The hygienist worked fast when taking x-rays, and when I had two cavities filled the staff and Dr. Delhon took great care of me! The procedure was fast and efficient, and I left feeling good about my teeth and with an appointment to come back in 6 months for a check-up. Definitely recommend!

I visited Northland Dental Choice for the firs time this past week, and my experience was awesome! Every staff member welcomed me into their office with gratitude! Also, there were no surprises! I knew what I was paying for and what was covered under insurance. It was speedy service and very well organized. I have already recommended friends to go to this location! Highly recommend!

The hygienist was rough and reckless with the scraping- I couldn't eat or bring my teeth together for hours. The polishing was also unusually brash. This has never happened with any other hygienist. I can't imagine booking another appointment with them despite their insistence that I book again right away.

U of C should review and updated the contract with dental choice franchise. Based on the Alberta Dental Association standard price and insurance companies' standard dental services codes, their price is 30% more. Even comparing to other dentists, their price is way higher. Please, check and compare price with other dentists before you accept any dental services. You will be surprised how much more you will be charged.
I don't know how satisfied some students are with their pricing. I know most of us are trying to control our budget. Therefore, we really need to stand up and ask the U of C to reconsider changing their dental policy allow students to freely chose their dental clinics. Otherwise, the school has put students in an unfair situations.

I booked an appointment for January 2nd, 2017 at 4 pm, and I got one e-mail, one text message, and one phone call to confirm this appointment. However, when I did show up to this appointment yesterday, the office was closed and nobody answered the phone. Apparently, they were closed because it was a holiday. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL considering the fact that I booked this appointment a couple months in advance. I'm not sure if they decided that my time is better off wasted because I'm relying on my student dental plan, but this is entirely unacceptable.
