Northland Kia

I'm now on my 3rd Kia from this dealership (Started with a Forte, upgraded to an Optima, and now drive a Sportage). I've worked with different sales people each time and all have been exceptional. The last person I dealt with was Andrew Connolly and he was the best - which is saying something. Very knowledgeable and exuded hospitality. Made sure all my needs and wants in a car where looked at and allowed me to hum and hah over different models before settling on one. Very patient; very helpful. Over the last 7 years I've also dealt with Shane in the service department quite often and after all these years he still remembers me. He's honest; friendly; very knowledgeable and approachable - everything you'd want in someone dealing with car service and maintenance!

Definitely a place to visit when looking for great service. From buying the vehicle ( Rima did a great job) to the service department. They know their customer service quite well. Very happy with the service.

Bought a Sportage from here recently. Relatively painless experience overall. Able to test drive to my heart's content, but I mean it's just a Kia so nothing mind blowing.
I'm still happy with the car though too early to tell how the service side of their business holds up. They still try to sell you all the "protection package" hogwash and mysterious "documentation fees" of a thousand plus dollars. But there's room to negotiate the price. Hilariously the sales person said he could lose his job even suggesting to his employer the price I was willing to pay. That caused some skyward eyeballs. But the price was right in the end, and there were not any extra fees tacked on. All in is really all in with these guys.

Rima and the Northland Kia team are exceptional. They know how to take care of you and acknowledge your time is precious. All the staff are very friendly and quite relaxed.

Awesome team of professionals! This is my second time buying from Northland Kia. I loved my first car and had it for 7 years with no problems. As soon as I walked in on the weekend I was greeted by Vinh who knew exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to make me feel right at home and answer all my questions without hesitation. He also gave me a great deal. 🤗 Tyler looked after my paperwork and had everything done and ready within a day. My experience with both was..... We just had the best experience at Northland Kia. This was our second time purchasing a car there. This dealership has the best customer service and respect for the consumer. I highly recommend Andy Connolly in sales. We probably had the most positive experience because of him. He is very friendly, professional and will really look out for your best interests. You will feel taken care of in a very humane way. I can't speak highly enough of him!

We had a very positive experience dealing with Terry Bhatti at Northland Kia. They were very transparent with questions we had in regards to the used vehicle we bought and we walked away feeling that we got an excellent deal. We look forward to dealing with them for future services appointments on our vehicle, and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for great value and customer service.

So far, only positive things to say about this place. Got a kia and brought in for some warranty work. They do their best to accommodate you and your schedule. Shuttle services act fast, work is done as it should be. Good for a dealer.

Came in with zero expectations and looking for my first car and I cannot say enough about the people who work here. Any concern or question was answered fully. The best part about this dealership is that there is literally no pressure, I CAN'T stand when salesmen try to get your payment as quickly as possible. This was most definitely not the case. I wont name the salesmen because I'm not sure if that is allowed but I would like to say thank you as it was a pleasure. Hint: I hope the Halo masks went well at the event. Anyway 5 stars are definitely deserved!

Very poor customer service! Quoted one price and online price was $1200 less. Was promised car deliver on Monday - Monday afternoon was given a n appointment time if 2pm Tuesday when they were going to do a 45 minute tire switch while we did the final paperwork-. Left a lease for manager to call regarding poor service and never reviewed a call back. On Tuesday 2hours 45 minutes later we finally get the car. Love the car but buy elsewhere Waiting for the general manager to call me and explain.
