If I could give a lower review I would. Dr Fernandes was an amazing doctor as I had a consult with him. His Staff however have 0 professional abilities. I tried to rebook an appointment 10 days prior to my procedure as I could not make it due to work travel. Also could not leave a voicemail on the weekend, no access to a voicemail Service. The policy is 14 days but not accepting as I almost pleaded with her to rebook me - she would not let me rebook and told me I no longer have medical privilege at the clinic after being hung up on 3 times. I hope the doctor sees this and reconsiders his Staff.

My husband walked in without an appointment not a patient of his and with 45 mins had his hand taken care of.... one buried stitch out.. two clean stitches in. Nicest doctor ever!!

Dr Fernandes was great and very professional; however, the staff have some serious attitude problems. They were unfriendly and made me feel dumb for asking legitimate questions on several occasions.

Absolutely hate it when a doctor schedules numerous patients at the same time and you think you have an appointment at 4pm so you think you should only be there for max 30-60min since it is just a consultation with a dermatologist. Wrong, I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes only to be put into a room to wait again for ten minutes just for literally a one Minute appointment. Super inconsiderate.
The doctor was super nice and knowledgable though. Just better office manners required!
