Yesterday I had the pleasure to visit this restaurant and enjoy the great atmosphere they have in there. The food was fantastic, full of flavor. Chef Michael was very approachable and friendly, he didn't hesitate to tell us about his restaurant and the different plates they serve there. The service was impeccable form everyone. We had Lorie as a server and she was great. Brittany the restaurant manager greet me at the entrance and made sure we were well taken care during our night, she also had time to show us the private room they have for meeting and events, she is lovely, ask for her and she will make sure you have a fantastic night. Cant wait to be back!! Highly recommended.

Went here for a friend's bday party last night and did our server and the restaurant wow us! So many amazing appies( mind you we tried 6 different ones). The meats and cheese selection on the charcuterie board is highly recommended. Best goat cheese I ever had was on the platter, it was fresh from Acme, AB. My bf had the Canada 150 burger which blew him away. I had the scallops salad which is pretty much a deconstructed Caesar salad, and I enjoyed it very much after all the appies shared on the table. Also, you have to try the carrot cake with ginger ice cream for dessert as well as the warm chocolate pudding. � definitely will come here again.

We had purchased multiple gift cards for Notable. But we had never enjoyed a meal ourselves, until recently. What a fabulous night! Our server brought us champagne flutes to celebrate our first ever meal.... and it just got better from there. All of his suggestions we ordered. He was knowledgeable and friendly! The food was cooked perfectly and delicious! We couldn't decide on the desserts, so they "accidentally" ordered an extra. We will definitely be back!

We are from Kelowna and we had the privilege of attending a private party at your restaurant this weekend for a 50 wedding anniversary. What an amazing menu! The food selection for this party was outstanding!! We were in awe when each family served plate was delivered. I want Calgary to know how fortunate they are to be able to dine in such am amazing restaurant. Staff was super!! Thank you so much!

This place is wonderful, the food was incredible we both had the rib eye steak with carrots broccilini and fingerling potatoes everything was cooked perfectly, best tasting carrots I have had, steak was fork cut tender and risotto was as advertised by Kate our waitress as heaven in a bowl, extremely fast service very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, the "no-bull" beer was very tasty, would recommend this place to anyone interested in true wood fire food great atmosphere Oh and don't pass on the potatoe pork rolls they are amazing, you can really feel the community atmosphere in this place, will most definitely keep this place as a must visit again

This place is amazing. From the minute you arrive you are greeted with servers who enjoy their job and make you feel at home. The menu is amazing and with my wife's gluten intolerance they have a great selection of gluten free options and don't make you feel that it's an inconvenience. I highly recommend this place and I don't normally do that but wow...great place to eat.

Tonite, I was surprised with an amazing dinner out at Notables.



I will give this restaurant a 9 out of 10.



The food was spectacular.

We shared the Lobster and Shrimp Bake



The pork chop and white corn grits. To live for. - the pork was perfectly cooked and the grits had so many layers of flavors, I had to have a moment.

I had the strip loin with Shallot Butter and veg.

You know you are in a fine dining establishment when there is no need for salt and pepper on the table. Everything was perfectly seasoned.

Dessert was over the top. If you go to this restaurant, you must try the Chocolate pudding with salted caramel ice cream.

Never have I been disappointed, discovered this gem few yrs ago from work (lunch), now notables has become our go to place for any big or small celebrations, this past Wednesday we celebrated my brothers grad as well as our 5th wedding anniversary, and as always great service, great food, drinks and atmosphere, and I truly appreciate the fact that unlike other restaurants, our 11 month old and 3 yr old were welcomed. Love this place!

Had the potato rolls appetizer and mushroom ravioli main and could not believe how amazing everything was. Finished everything off with a recommended glass of wine and the crème brule that had such an amazing cinnamon flavour. Can not wait to come back!

Friday night, 6pm, walk-in for 5 (2 Adults, 1 kid and 2 toddlers). The food was excellent. The service was pleasant, friendly, and simply amazing. Considering how small children can be sometimes, the staff went out of their way to make it a great night for them too!

Always a delicious meal in a wonderful warm and welcoming environment. I take all my colleagues here for dinner when they are in town. Great menu and wine list and service too. I had a great Shiraz last night and if you know the name of it, please send me the name.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience. My friend and I shared the delicious mussels with toasts in a tasty broth to start followed by their trademark rotisserie chicken. Outstanding meal. Service was a bit slow but understandable. The place was hopping! Great welcome environment. Can't wait to return :)

Was here Saturday Oct 21 2017 with a party of 4. Tried to get a reservation 24 hours in advance but was told they only reserve 1/2 the tables so it would be first come first served. Arrived at 7 pm, told it would take an hour to get a seat and it was 70 minutes. We stood in the foyer with our drinks until there was a table available. Food was great, I had flatiron steak and neon squid. Service was also very good, better than what I expected given how busy this place was. Would recommend but if you don't like waiting get a reservation :)

Last night my first time here,it was recommended by my daughter, I am sure I will come again I really enjoy the place the food was great and the service by Emily and the waiting not too long. I really recommend this place if you want to spend a terrific evening with your love ones. The only reason I did not give a 5 star it was because they do not serve Crown Royal pity .

Great atmosphere , delicious food, good wine selection. Parking in front of restaurant rarely an option. Service is great.



Was a little disappointed in the scallop appetizer - only got 2 scallops and was served with grilled romaine - was good, but nothing memorable, and for the price would have expected at least 3 - 4 scallops.

I was there yesterday for a birthday celebration, the mussels were delicious! The prime rib 40 oz was very chewy, i did not enjoy it, had 2 bites, it was shared with 4 other people. Good thing the rissoto and ravioli dish were good!

I booked in advance and they booked me at their sister restaurant The Nash instead which I had to book myself back into Notable and play phone tag. After eating at The Nash I had high expectations. I mentioned that it was a friend's birthday and was hoping to make it a great experience at Notable.



The one thing I can say about the environment is smokey. I am not sure if there is something going on with their ventilation but if you have asthma probably avoid this place. I got home smelling like a camp fire roast. I found myself often reaching for water to kill an oncoming cough. You could see a haze of it in there which was a bit amusing.



The food took forever to arrive and we were told it was because there was a big group there. I can say that the food was pretty decent but didn't have that wow factor I was expecting. Better than most but not spectacular like their sister restaurant. My carrots were so undercooked in part I struggled to get my fork in them. I mean I totally appreciate fresh but maybe at least cook them enough to get a fork into?



The staff was quite friendly and somewhat on the ball hostess aside. There wasn't a moment when water was going close to empty or wine wasn't offered.



If I had an impression of this place it would that it's living off past performance and dropped the ball a bit. If I was to go back it would probably for a casual lunch or something. It's definitely not a place I would bring someone for business or anything formal.

First time....food good but quite long wait to get order tben my frittata was very over done on the bottom (almost burnt �) but flavours were great! Live music was so NOT needed and made it VERY difficult to carry on a conversation as the was quite loud! Would like to try again a different time of day to try other menu items.

Yesterday I had the pleasure to visit this restaurant and enjoy the great atmosphere they have in there. The food was fantastic, full of flavor. Chef Michael was very approachable and friendly, he didn't hesitate to tell us about his restaurant and the different plates they serve there. The service was impeccable form everyone. We had Lorie as a server and she was great. Brittany the restaurant manager greet me at the entrance and made sure we were well taken care during our night, she also had time to show us the private room they have for meeting and events, she is lovely, ask for her and she will make sure you have a fantastic night. Cant wait to be back!! Highly recommended.

Went here for a friend's bday party last night and did our server and the restaurant wow us! So many amazing appies( mind you we tried 6 different ones). The meats and cheese selection on the charcuterie board is highly recommended. Best goat cheese I ever had was on the platter, it was fresh from Acme, AB. My bf had the Canada 150 burger which blew him away. I had the scallops salad which is pretty much a deconstructed Caesar salad, and I enjoyed it very much after all the appies shared on the table. Also, you have to try the carrot cake with ginger ice cream for dessert as well as the warm chocolate pudding. � definitely will come here again.

We had purchased multiple gift cards for Notable. But we had never enjoyed a meal ourselves, until recently. What a fabulous night! Our server brought us champagne flutes to celebrate our first ever meal.... and it just got better from there. All of his suggestions we ordered. He was knowledgeable and friendly! The food was cooked perfectly and delicious! We couldn't decide on the desserts, so they "accidentally" ordered an extra. We will definitely be back!

We are from Kelowna and we had the privilege of attending a private party at your restaurant this weekend for a 50 wedding anniversary. What an amazing menu! The food selection for this party was outstanding!! We were in awe when each family served plate was delivered. I want Calgary to know how fortunate they are to be able to dine in such am amazing restaurant. Staff was super!! Thank you so much!

This place is wonderful, the food was incredible we both had the rib eye steak with carrots broccilini and fingerling potatoes everything was cooked perfectly, best tasting carrots I have had, steak was fork cut tender and risotto was as advertised by Kate our waitress as heaven in a bowl, extremely fast service very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, the "no-bull" beer was very tasty, would recommend this place to anyone interested in true wood fire food great atmosphere Oh and don't pass on the potatoe pork rolls they are amazing, you can really feel the community atmosphere in this place, will most definitely keep this place as a must visit again

This place is amazing. From the minute you arrive you are greeted with servers who enjoy their job and make you feel at home. The menu is amazing and with my wife's gluten intolerance they have a great selection of gluten free options and don't make you feel that it's an inconvenience. I highly recommend this place and I don't normally do that but wow...great place to eat.

Tonite, I was surprised with an amazing dinner out at Notables.



I will give this restaurant a 9 out of 10.



The food was spectacular.

We shared the Lobster and Shrimp Bake



The pork chop and white corn grits. To live for. - the pork was perfectly cooked and the grits had so many layers of flavors, I had to have a moment.

I had the strip loin with Shallot Butter and veg.

You know you are in a fine dining establishment when there is no need for salt and pepper on the table. Everything was perfectly seasoned.

Dessert was over the top. If you go to this restaurant, you must try the Chocolate pudding with salted caramel ice cream.

Our first time there tonight. The food was delicious, and the service from ALL the staff was excellent, but especially from our server, Erin. Would definitely recommend to all our friends. Thanks so much for a wonderful evening out

Never have I been disappointed, discovered this gem few yrs ago from work (lunch), now notables has become our go to place for any big or small celebrations, this past Wednesday we celebrated my brothers grad as well as our 5th wedding anniversary, and as always great service, great food, drinks and atmosphere, and I truly appreciate the fact that unlike other restaurants, our 11 month old and 3 yr old were welcomed. Love this place!

Had the potato rolls appetizer and mushroom ravioli main and could not believe how amazing everything was. Finished everything off with a recommended glass of wine and the crème brule that had such an amazing cinnamon flavour. Can not wait to come back!

Friday night, 6pm, walk-in for 5 (2 Adults, 1 kid and 2 toddlers). The food was excellent. The service was pleasant, friendly, and simply amazing. Considering how small children can be sometimes, the staff went out of their way to make it a great night for them too!

Always a delicious meal in a wonderful warm and welcoming environment. I take all my colleagues here for dinner when they are in town. Great menu and wine list and service too. I had a great Shiraz last night and if you know the name of it, please send me the name.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience. My friend and I shared the delicious mussels with toasts in a tasty broth to start followed by their trademark rotisserie chicken. Outstanding meal. Service was a bit slow but understandable. The place was hopping! Great welcome environment. Can't wait to return :)

Was here Saturday Oct 21 2017 with a party of 4. Tried to get a reservation 24 hours in advance but was told they only reserve 1/2 the tables so it would be first come first served. Arrived at 7 pm, told it would take an hour to get a seat and it was 70 minutes. We stood in the foyer with our drinks until there was a table available. Food was great, I had flatiron steak and neon squid. Service was also very good, better than what I expected given how busy this place was. Would recommend but if you don't like waiting get a reservation :)

Last night my first time here,it was recommended by my daughter, I am sure I will come again I really enjoy the place the food was great and the service by Emily and the waiting not too long. I really recommend this place if you want to spend a terrific evening with your love ones. The only reason I did not give a 5 star it was because they do not serve Crown Royal pity .

Great atmosphere , delicious food, good wine selection. Parking in front of restaurant rarely an option. Service is great.



Was a little disappointed in the scallop appetizer - only got 2 scallops and was served with grilled romaine - was good, but nothing memorable, and for the price would have expected at least 3 - 4 scallops.



Will still return - overall amazing!

I was there yesterday for a birthday celebration, the mussels were delicious! The prime rib 40 oz was very chewy, i did not enjoy it, had 2 bites, it was shared with 4 other people. Good thing the rissoto and ravioli dish were good!

I booked in advance and they booked me at their sister restaurant The Nash instead which I had to book myself back into Notable and play phone tag. After eating at The Nash I had high expectations. I mentioned that it was a friend's birthday and was hoping to make it a great experience at Notable.



The one thing I can say about the environment is smokey. I am not sure if there is something going on with their ventilation but if you have asthma probably avoid this place. I got home smelling like a camp fire roast. I found myself often reaching for water to kill an oncoming cough. You could see a haze of it in there which was a bit amusing.



The food took forever to arrive and we were told it was because there was a big group there. I can say that the food was pretty decent but didn't have that wow factor I was expecting. Better than most but not spectacular like their sister restaurant. My carrots were so undercooked in part I struggled to get my fork in them. I mean I totally appreciate fresh but maybe at least cook them enough to get a fork into?



The staff was quite friendly and somewhat on the ball hostess aside. There wasn't a moment when water was going close to empty or wine wasn't offered.



If I had an impression of this place it would that it's living off past performance and dropped the ball a bit. If I was to go back it would probably for a casual lunch or something. It's definitely not a place I would bring someone for business or anything formal.

First time....food good but quite long wait to get order tben my frittata was very over done on the bottom (almost burnt �) but flavours were great! Live music was so NOT needed and made it VERY difficult to carry on a conversation as the was quite loud! Would like to try again a different time of day to try other menu items.
