Nucleus is fantastic. In exchange for being treated like a human being, you have to realize that nucleus is run by human beings that work 9-5.

Not impressed by how they are not updating their customers when the system is down. I have to assume they know it's down and that they are working on it. My 4th place call on hold was dropped and when I called back, it was backed up to 106. Working online is on hold until they fix the problem.

It seems to be a nice company but my service sucks.. The Mbps are all over the chart.. Maybe phone lines.. Maybe DSLRs.. Maybe my router..Prob is I don't know and I still have crap Internet

Yeah I am very dissatisfied with their service I went in to get internet and was told no one was there from sales and would have to come back so I ask them when somebody would be in they told me the guy would be back in an hour so I said I'll wait 20 minutes later a lady appeared and said that she can do it when I was told that nobody was in the office so we set up the service was given the equipment and told it would take a few days to hook up so I waited a few days and got an email saying that my service would need an installation I was with Shaw and wanted to go to they told me that because I had no line going into the house that they would have to do an installation and it's $50 to do the installation I have a line into my house because I used to be with Shaw they told me doesn't matter Shaw saying that there is no line in there and that the cost would apply so I asked for a refund go down to the office bring the modem back total. The lady is off sick that handles the refunds to call back tomorrow call back and told they told me they would have to send me a check and it would take 90 days to receive a refund very dissatisfied

They have poor customer service. If you try to switch to a new internet provider then they will block you. Nucleus does this by not informing Shaw or Telus that you are no longer a customer of theirs.

Simply unprofessional and unreliable. Called them to get internet, they told me to go to their office and pay in person. As i was getting my modem they told ke they don't have wireless capabilities so i have to get my own wireless modem. Thanks for the heads up!



I was told that some third party is coming to install my internet within 10 business days. After about 10 business days someone came to install my internet but i wasn't home because nobody contacted me! Thanks again!



So the appointment was rebooked and i was told when to he home. I stayed and waited. To my surprise nobody called or showed up!





I called nucleus and they told me that they will investigate and someone will contact me tomorrow.



Wow! Thats all i gotta say. Haven't even had it installed yet and already having problems.

Probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with in terms of customer service. Our connection goes down at least a few times a week. When that happens we are unable to operate our retail business. When you call technical support they simply ask you to reset your everything and then tell you that everything is working fine even though it has just gone down. No apology for the poor product they are selling, no attempt to resolve the issue, was told that I should take responsibility for my poor internet connection, tech service is mouthy and rude and even told me that if I did not like what there service then I should take my business somewhere else. I absolutely will. Thank you! Do yourself a favor and take your business anywhere but here!

Our internet is slower than dial up since we upgraded to cable with them. Plus we pay more.
