Nutrition House Chinook Centre

I've had great success and positive results with products from Nutrition house, but this review is about help I've gotten from Trinda at Chinook mall Calgary. She's knowledgeable about the products and super helpful. 5 STARS

I bought an essential oil diffuser along with an essential oil to use in it from Nutrition House in September. After about a week (about 3 uses) it stopped working completely. After reading the manuel and trying everything i took it back into Nutrition House in Chinook mall. It had been just over 14 days and they said they could do nothing about it. They also claimed they had no record of the sale even though i could show them my bank statement which indicated all of the details of the sale. Long story short - Nutrition House does NOT stand behind their products. This appliance cost me over $50 which was essentially wasted!
