Patty was awesome! (I think that was her name? Associate# is S121BSIA) I told her I had some holbrooks stolen and she helped me with some clearance options, but ultimately I wanted the same colour and level I had before. She was really patient and creative with a solution for me and I really appreciate her help. I had a minor defect on them I didn't notice in store and went to the chinook centre location on my way home and they were completely different.. they seemed unwilling to help, and even almost blamed me for the defect when I bought them 30 minutes ago! Thank you to Patty for your help- maybe you can help train the manager at Chinook on how to treat customers who are buying a premium product.

The service here isn't the best, but I got a pair of sunglasses and I'm still wearing them, so great stuff!

Awesome customer service! Came in for some replacement lenses for my Radars. Brian had me try on Different shapes, pitch vs path. Got a tutorial on how to swap my lense and change ear socks. Picked up the Prism golf lenses and even honoured a misquoted price.

Guys like this are what make a business successful. Always been loyal to the Oakley brand, even more so now.
