This clinic is so terrible that it actually inspired me to find a REAL family doctor. I was so hopeful that they'd be a decent clinic since they're so conveniently located to me, but I'd rather drive across town then ever go here again. The whole place reeks of unprofessionalism, the doctors seem confused and the receptionist isn't overly pleasant either. I needed a doctor to fill out some wcb forms for me and they ended up costing me $80 and i basically walked the doctor through what she had to write on the forms, it was a joke. And then when I went to pay they only took cash.... really? Steer clear!

This place is a joke. They are advertised as closing at 6pm, but lock the doors at 5pm. The Saturday receptionist doesn't turn on the open sign, nor unlock the door in hope of a quiet waiting room. You have to enter the clinic from the pharmacy attached.
But you wouldn't know that unless you have been there more than once.
I actually witnessed a person in the waiting room as annoyed as I was that she wasn't unlocking the door, that he went over and did it himself. As soon as he was put into a room ,she walked over the the door, and relocked, it and shut the open sign off. The entire waiting room was shocked that she did that.
I brought my son in for Pink eye, and the Doctors diagnosis was "Do you have animals? Yes? Get rid of them" And walked out of the room.
My son is 2, and cannot have allergy tests done. The only way that would have been an appropriate statement is if he had allergy tests to back up his reasoning as to why I needed to give away my animals.
I then booked an appointment with a different doctor, but to be called and told that the Doctor isn't taking patients after 330, when again ,they are advertised as closing at 6pm.
Your clinic sucks, and I will make sure I spread that word!

I needed prescription meds. Walked in without appt and didnt have to wait. They took me immediately and were extremely friendly. There were two versions of the same med and i asked the dr. to prescribe the cheaper one... she acctually walked to the pharmacy with me to see which one was cheaper then prescribed it. I was in and out in 15 mins meds in hand.

Avoid this place like the plague!

Told the doc would "be a minute", that turned into close to an hour sitting and waiting in the room.

Unprofessional, unorganized and not worth my health or time.

I did not like it
