Oasis Medical Centre - Calgary Bridlewood Family Physicians & Walk-In Clinic

Doctors are generally good, but the wait is really ridiculous. Walk in patients seem to be given priority before appointments. Waited an hour past my appointment time today, only to watch walk ins go before me. Waited almost another hour in an exam room, without anyone checking in on me, before going to check myself, only to find the whole staff having lunch in their staff room. Who knows how long I would have continued to wait if I hadn’t walked out! This wasn’t the first time I ran out of time waiting. That, and having my appointments cancelled on the day and getting a different doctor when I got there on occasion, I will never go there again. My advice, look for a doctor somewhere else, because the service is lousy.

Dr Natha is awesome, first doctor I've ever trusted. The only thing is, the lines are always busy or it rings for eternity. Tried two days straight and no one picks up. I need my stitches out lol

I have been impressed by the care myself and my children have received here. The wait is sometimes long. But it's a walk in and no where near the wait if I had gone to one closer to the inner city. Doctors are great. Staff is great.

Dr Natha is great. I believe the waiting time can be long because the doctors actually take time with the patients rather than have them in and out by numbers. Never had a problem. Thank you!

Chairs are old and dirty. Should be replaced.

Awful customer service. If I could give a lower rating I would. I highly recommend not going to this place.

Very friendly and accommodating! Dr. Natha is a good doctor who cares! Chairs could use a good cleaning though!😀

Dr Natha is a good doctor, but the wait is ridiculous. Obviously they over book, squeezing as many patients as they can in a day to make the most profit. I have been there at least 5 times, EVERY TIME I wait a minimum for 1.5 hours to get in to a "booked" appointment. Most of the front desk receptionists are rude and unprofessional, constantly speaking a different language. I just called to book an appointment, I was put on hold 3 times and waited 15 minutes to get my appointment booked. I will be cancelling and looking for a new doctor. My suggestion is if you value YOUR time stay away from this clinic or pack a snack, you could be there all afternoon.
