This is a very nice spa, and I'm glad to live nearby! I will definitely come here again. I love the stream room and dry sauna in the women's change room (Queen's Chamber). Very comfortable, clean and peaceful.

When making a reservation, the reception is very attuned to making sure your massage is covered by your health insurance. But they don't direct-bill to all major insurance providers, which is a bit annoying.

My massage was fantastic! The RMT worked out all my shoulder and back knots, and was enjoyable to talk to. I felt like jelly by the end.

The pedicure was fine, though not the best I've had in Calgary, and they are obviously pushed to upsell add-ons during the service, which I am definitely not a fan of.

The waiting rooms (lounges) are very peaceful, and I appreciate the tea and apples. I wish you could get a day pass for the lounge and sauna without even getting a service. ;)

I'd really like to see sandals of a variety of sizes available in the women's locker room. We don't all have the same size feet. I also think there should be a way to get some help without having to walk to the front desk in our robe. Maybe a courtesy phone in the women's locker room?

I had an awesome massage with Chris anger. He was really great. I will book him again. I stayed longer and had a facial with Jaclyn. It was truly amazing I will do this for sure again to pamper myself. it was a great afternoon. everyone was friendly and very professional and the facilities are impeccably clean. There are amazing loose teas and lemon and cucumber water and apples. The change rooms have robes and towels and sandals, a steam room, clean showers with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. They have brushes, combs, hair products, razors and lotion. You can even get a free mineral makeup application when you leave. You dont need to bring anything. it's all there for you. I will return and recommend to friends. I've been a few times and was always able to find street parking nearby.

I love this spa!! :) the steam room and sauna are fantastic. They do the best facials and the RMT's seem to be the most knowledgeable ive seen yet!

I had my first hot stone massage at Oasis with Lillian, and it was a wonderful experience. She is friendly and skilled, and I would book her again for sure. Thank you, Lillian.

I have been to better spa's in Third world countries. what a horrible experience. I got a massage... which was decent ... However I am not sure of the last time the beds were updates as every move she made the bed made noises. The Spa is starting to look run down. 3/4 of the staff ( very friendly ) but can not speak a word of English. Front end ladies were Rude and Immature.... The Steam room was not even working.. and was part of the " Spa experience" it was cold, and the showers did not seem clean.... Who ever gave this Spa 4-5 stars must be friends with the staff because that is a lie.

Terrible. I get gift certificates now and them from my boyfriend. I never had the heart to tell him, I don't really like it there. They need a serious reno in the locker rooms. So get this: I am in the change room in my bathrobe, I have a mental laps and forget my code. I peek out in the hallway and ask one of the guys if someone can help me. He tells me to go out to the front reception and ask. Are you kidding me? Go out to a public area in my bathrobe? Ask for assistance? Not likely. He made a face like "really lady? It's no big deal" Well it is for women in bathrobes that don't want to be seen after their hair is upside down after a treatment and naked underneath. Have some respect. Locker rooms are not a SPA environment. Old Saunas, bad foot wear (hurts those who have smaller feet as they are like a size 10). In my salt scrub treatment, the lady left me there naked on a slab while she got some product, and left some kind of fan on. So here I am laying there naked, freezing... what is going on with the experience of the user. I think the Management should go through ALL the services and see where they can improve. I'm not paying more for less. I'll have to break it to my boyfriend... NO more gift certificates there please. Thank you, Lisa

Relaxing and beautiful for a nice afternoon massage session. The massage for me was okay not amazing but I still enjoyed it. Very neat waiting rooms, cozy feel with an egyptian touch on the walls. Oasis offers an assortment of teas, lemon water, cucumber water and a basket of apples, No chocolate :(

This was my second time to Oasis. I don't think I'll every go back as they double booked my massage therapist and I ended up getting a very short 15 minute massage. My husband, sister and I all had appointments at the same time. We arrived 20 minutes early so we could take our time before our massages. My husband got called in first then my sister. As I sat there waiting to be called in everyone else was called. 15 minutes later I decided to go ask the front desk if they were running behind with my appt. since I was the only one left. They told me they would look into it, so I waited another 10 before someone came to talk to me. They said they had had a mix up and were looking for someone who would be available to give me a massage but unfortunately I wouldn't get the full hour I had booked and today's appt. would be complimentary. I waited another 10 minutes for someone to come get me. I finally received a very short 15 minute massage because the lady rushed me in and out. By the time my sister was done I was already dressed. I don't think I'll ever go back, I think the apology I received for the mix up was very insufficient. It's not like I was a walk in appt., my appt. was booked earlier on in the week and to be only given a 15 minute massage as their way of saying sorry for our mistake was very disappointing. Not only have they lost me as a client but 2 others in my family and bad reviews to anyone else I will speak to.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Front end staff is completely rude, patronizing and snarky. Don't ever get sick because they will charge you for half of the appointment. I booked under someone else, they got sick and they tried to charge me for it on my credit card because they weren't organized to enough to build a proper profile on that person even though they had been there 3+ times. Brutal. Plenty of other spas in Calgary that will give you good service and not harass you.

It was ok but not the same level of service as I have been there many times. For the facial the aesthetician left for quite some time, when I believe she could have been still massaging my hands. As she was gone for about 10-15 mins. Will have to consider perhaps elsewhere. Disappointed

Don't pay much attention to the negative reviews - they are clearly outdated and many times, only people who are unhappy with their experience come to the internet to write a review. Today, I went in for a facial (I had a groupon), and it was amazing. I've had many facials before, and I have to say, this facial was comparable for a $200+ facial at the Banff Springs Spa. Would highly recommend!
