Founded in early 2013 by three partners: Dr. Vassil Dimitrov, professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Calgary; Dr. Logan Rakai, former doctoral student of Vassil's at U of C and current post-doc; and Andrew Zakaluzny, former Master's student of Vassil's at U of C. We're currently negotiating our Seed Round of funding with private parties in Calgary, hoping to close by Oct 2013.
