I went to Ocean’s to get my very set of lash extensions and I initially was satisfied.. until I went back for fill. I got a different lady this time, she answered phone calls while doing my lashes and kept “pausing”. The new lashes looked alright until a few days later when my eyes started to get itchy and irritated. The new lashes felt uncomfortable so I went to a different lash technician (different place). The new lash technician told me that my real lashes were completely destroyed and that she needed to take off the extensions because the previous lady had glued several different lashes together. This process was painful and the results were unbearable. My real lashes are still broken. I do not recommend going here. You get what you pay for hence the CHEAP deals found here! DO NOT risk it.

Unbelievable customer service was shown today! The salon stayed open 40 minutes after closing time just so they could do my nails. The girl who helped me was amazing at taking my requests exactly as I was hoping for. I am very happy with her work and I have never felt so happy at a salon before. Do I have a regular? I hope so 😉

Very flexible and understanding, I was able to get my eyelashes done and they do an excellent job.

Got my lashes done for the first time ever and let me say the whole experience was awesome! Super friendly staff who listen to exactly what you want. I was a bit hesitant at first to get my lashes done as I wanted them to look very natural and have seen many bad lash extension jobs. I discussed with the lady and we decided on a length that would suit my wants perfect and boy did they turn out gorgeous!! Price is very reasonable compared to many other salons and will definitely be going back soon! Would recommend to anyone looking for lash extensions. Ocean Nails is the place to go!

My boyfriend and I went and the mani pedi they did for me was ok... the paint job was nice but all my nails are different shapes, not filed nice at all. My boyfriends mani pedi was horrible... lots of dry skin left everywhere, the actual nail wasn't even touched, dirt left under every single nail, and again all the nails were not filed evenly at all. Over all not impressed with the mani pedis.

However EXCELLENT job on the eyebrow threading. I will always go back for my eyebrows, they really take the time to make them perfect.

They screwed up my eyelash extensions, I got the Monday and today (Friday) they're almost gone.. I've never had my extensions fall off, or irritate my eyes as bad as these. I got home after getting them done and there was already four that had fallen out. I call to tell them and the owner said if I don't go in today that I will be charged to redo them. Save your time and money

Excellent customer service & cleanliness. Lash extensions are the BEST. Great way to spend a "me day" from lashes to pedi/mani, and all very affordable.

Great atmosphere compared to other places I have been. Also very clean
