Nice place to shop for men’s clothing. Have difficulties finding small sizes sometimes.

I love this place for the staff and the shoes. Haven't had too much experience on the clothing side but I imagine. Its a well run store!

Exceptional men's selection from clothing, to accessories, and particularly shoes. European shoe brands with unique colours, and matching belts. Good service, with knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic service and experience from start to finish. I recently had an issue with a pair of Allen Edmonds purchased online (through AE). Brought them into O'Connors and was able to come to a quick resolution with the help of Ryan.

I would highly recommend O'Connors to anyone who has not been, will be my #1 stop going forward. I can't speak highly enough of the staff that I dealt with, just head and shoulders above alternative men's retailers in the Calgary core (in both knowledge and attitude). Wish I came in sooner.

This was by far the worst shoe shopping experience I have ever had. The service that you receive at Foot Locker or Sportchek far surpasses what you will receive here.

I believe the store was busy / understaffed when I came in, because I had to wait 10 minutes for acknowledgement from one of the shoe sales people. I knew what I was looking for, so when I got someone's attention, I requested that they bring me a specific shoe in my size. My request was met with resistance as the sales person wanted to first size my foot.

While we were sizing my foot and I had his attention, I asked what the sales person would recommend for someone with flat feet and customized orthotics. I received a very flippant response that dress shoes were not designed to accommodate orthotics. I pressed on and requested the best possible suggestion given that not wearing my orthotics is not an option under any circumstances.

This led into a lecture from the sales person about how orthotics aren't necessary. He started by asking me why "I think I need" orthotics. I explained that I have been told that I have flat feet by two different podiatrists. The sales person took a look at my feet (in socks) and told me outright that I don't have flat feet and that I don't need orthotics. The lecture continued with him telling me that custom orthotics like the ones I wear don't "move with the foot", and therefore only offer support when one is standing static. At no point did he ask if I spend a great deal of time in a static position (I do). He also didn't ask me if I receive any significant benefits such as reduced pain in my feet when wearing my orthotics (I do).

In a half cocked attempt to convince me / show me he knows better than two separate podiatrists (medical doctors with a specialty in feet), the sales person alluded to a study done at the UofC that says that customized orthotics do not offer any benefit to the user. As a side note, I looked at the article he mentioned, and he has completely misunderstood the conclusion of the study.

As a final attempt to convince me that I don't need orthotics, the sales person told me that the owner of Allen Edmunds would have told me the same information. I had enough at that point. I left the store after telling the sales person that I would have happily argued with the owner of Allen Edmunds as well.

If you have flat feet and wear orthotics, you should avoid this store at all costs.

Amazing. I buy my Allen Edmonds here. The place makes you feel like you are the only customer. I love this store.

Calgary's best menswear store. Great service and product selection.

My father has been going here for 30 years and now it was my turn. I have to say how fantastic of an experience it was. I arrived and i was asked right away if i needed help. I said im looking to get a new suit and robert helped me out in great detail. Asked me my budget, color, style and even made suggestions. I left with a purchace of a beautiful new suit that will be tailored to my body. Outstanding quality and great service.

I don't go shopping for clothes often, but my experience at O'Connors may change that. Needed some clothes for a summer wedding, told the gentleman what I was looking for and he hooked me up with a number of options. My pants were even hemmed before I was ready to leave the store. Extremely pleasant experience with Ryan in the shoe department. Can't recommend it enough.
