Ok Tire

Super kind and helpful. Good atmosphere in that place and decent prices.

I walked in with my sick two kids today. I had a tire that needed repair. I sat there for 20 minutes, 3 men were hanging out in front. Not one greeted me, or spoke to me or would give me eye contact. Was not a nice experience.

I've dealt with other OK Tire franchises previously and this one is as good as any. The staff are friendly and they were able to get my tires onto my car quickly. I left the car a few hours early for the appointment and the work was completed before the appointment was even scheduled. No problems and their prices were as good as any of the other quotes I received.

I noticed this morning that I had a nail in my tire, creating a slow leak. OK Tire was able to get my truck in right away when I arrived. My tire was fixed in about an hour, which was what I was told. I'm so glad they were able to fit me in on short notice!

This is the worst place ever the customer service is really bad they don't respect people. They are so arrogant

This shop is full of solid people doing what is right for their customers.

On December 23rd I showed up unannounced with a slow leak in my tire that my usual shop was too busy to attend to when I went there earlier. The fellas squeezed me in for a patch so that I would not have to suffer a flat over Christmas. They also showed me the wear on my rubber and recommended that I consider new tires in the New Year.

I took that advice, and their accommodation of the 23rd stole the business from my usual shop. As I sat there waiting the tire replacement, I watched as they provided three different people with exemplary service -taking into consideration the limited financial means of a pair of them. The guys went above and beyond to facilitate what they could for these folks with scheduling and impromptu repairs - genuinely putting the people before the sale.

This, as much as my own personal experience, will have me utilizing them exclusively as much as I can going forward. Honesty and integrity is a rarity in so many industries but these guys seemingly have it in spades.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Manny was a supreme help as he and his team made a bad thing good.

Use these guys, it will be the best decision you can make about your car.

Really happy with the service here! Devon seems like a very trust worthy guy, and has got me out of a bind a couple times now. I feel like it's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, so I figured I'd make the effort to review!
