Super happy with the fantastic service provided by ok tire. Waited last minute to get my winter tires on and no where else would even answer the phone. Ok tire answered and had my car done the same day! They even provided a ride home in between the tire change. Will definitely go back! Prices were better than anywhere else too

Never again if i could give 0 stars i would went their to get a wheel alinement and they went ahead and did it even though my tie rods and a couple other things are fucked

I wish I could leave even more than 5 starts for this amazing amazing company. We got a flat tire which still managed to hold it's air throughout the day, just not over night. We tried to get some air put in and get it looked at by the Kal Tire in Spruce Grove but they refused and wanted to charge us a bunch of money. Then we called Tirecraft in Stony Plain, and they just wanted to charge us $1300 for four new tires (all wheel drive) then I called Ok Tire in Spruce and I am SO SO GLAD that I did. I asked about the cost for new tires and she asked if she could just repair the tire for us... which I was shocked to hear, since that would be the less expensive option. My husband took the tire in, got it fixed right away, and they didn't even charge him for the repair, they said 'this times on us.' I cannot recall any autobody/tire shop that I have ever been to that didn't try to over charge us, or sell us things we didn't need. There is no question about it, we will ALWAYS come to OK tire for all our tire needs from now on, remarkable friendly, helpful customer service from start to finish. I am absolutely blown away. Thank you so much!

I've been taking my car to OK Tire in Spruce Grove - pretty much since they opened their doors. They have helped me out with Tires and rims; oil changes; and repairs and maintenance. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable which is also a reflection of hands-on owners who obviously care about their staff and customers by offering excellent customer service. I've recommended this location to several friends and family members, and wish OK Tire a very successful future.
