I am writing this review because I have never experienced this type of positive customer experience from any other place in my entire life. My daughter is a student at the university of BC in Kelowna. Her Ford Fiesta broke down while driving on her way back to school from Okotoks. I rented a tow dolly and brought it back to Okotoks. I called the ford dealership where I spoke with Rashelle Ganske. Right away Rashelle arranged for me to bring the car in, which unfortunately needed to be towed since it was basically un moveable. Just talking with Rashelle at this point was comforting as her attitude was totally friendly and caring. Once I had gotten it into the Ford dealership I received a call from the service manager Mike Smolcic. Mike explained to me that the transmission was severely damaged but had several other concerns and asked to me come in so he could explain it better. Once I was at the dealership Mike explained that there had been previous work done to the vehicle and stated that he was concerned about possible other issues since the work done looked very unprofessional. Mike was very knowledgeable and we went over the condition of the vehicle while it was hoisted and we had other mechanics onsite. I explained that cost was obviously a concern but Mike and Rashelle worked out a fair price that I could not refuse. Once the car was fixed my daughter and I were still unable to take it since the amount owing was still over what we had. Mike and Rashelle called me and offered me a discount as they understood the financial position my daughter and I were in. When I picked the car up once again Mike and Rashelle went over everything with me and he explained they tried to repair or install anything else that was questionable from the previous work done. The experience I had with these people and the ford dealership was one of complete satisfaction and understanding. These are the type of people that makes this world a better place. I had purchased a car middle of August, everything was great until I actually picked up the car.

I live about an hour drive from the dealership, and had traded in my old car. One condition I needed to meet was to replace the windshield in my current car. No problem. $250 later.

After not having my car ready for pick up because it hadn’t “been detailed yet”, they pushed back pick up time by 2 hours. This pick up date was scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time, so not sure why this wasn’t done. Again, this is quite annoying as I live an hour away and couldn’t just head home to wait.

After picking it up, and taking it home that’s when all the problems start. As soon as I turn my car off, I have a “service due” light come on. After looking closer, I also have numerous chips in the windshield. After having to replace mine with a brand new one, I was quite annoyed to be sold one with cracks starting in it. The tire is currently missing a piece of the hubcap. The bank had also taken out money that shouldn’t have been taken out for weeks, because the financial advisor had “forgot to let the bank know”. I had immediately texted the sales girl I was dealing with - and she said she would order the parts and get this dealt with! Great. Still annoyed I need to make another 2 hour round trip, but at least they’re trying to make it right. Was I ever wrong.

I had ended up being extremely busy with work, and unable to make it in the first few weeks as my work schedule didn’t line up with their hours. Jessy is now completely ignoring me! I am trying to set up a time that is convenient for THEM to bring the car they sold me in, to get ignored.

Frankly, this dealership was great until you actually take the car home. Talk about wanting your money and not looking for your future business.

I brought a 1999 Ford Explorer in for a 52 point inspection. I said I did not want any work done without consultation. I dropped it off the night before and was told it would be ready the next day. It is 3 days later and I still do not have it. When I went in to pick it up they said the truck wouldn't start so they were charging me for a clean out map. I did not authorise the work. They did not give me the inspection but a quote for what needed to be done. When I asked for the inspection they said they don't give those out...service department tells a lot about a company...very disappointed in the service. I would not even give this a star.

My husband and I have been long time customers of Okotoks Ford. We have recommended Okotoks Ford to many of our family and friends. Simply, because they have always made us feel like family. More so today than ever! I picked up my long awaited dream car this evening 2017 Mustang. Even though we had a glitch in communication with the finance folks, our salesman Andrew and even the GM Rory....made the experience seamless. We love Okotoks Ford!!!

We recently drove from Ontario to Alberta and a little mishap with our side mirror and a pilon with our Lincoln! We contacted Julie Niles at the dealership on Tuesday, the new mirror and piece of chrome were ordered. Wednesday morning the repairs were done. Julie was awesome. She gave us a Lincoln MKC courtesy vehicle to drive for the day so we wouldn't be stranded. She also had our Lincoln completely detailed (for free) which we hadn't expected!

We couldn't have had any better service everyone there was very friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Julie for taking such very good care of us. It was very much appreciated😊

I had a fantastic experience with Andrew at okotoks Ford! He brought the car I wanted to look at from another dealership and I got a super sweet deal with my trade in and financing. These guys made understanding all the logistics super easy and we had an agreement reached beforehand so when I got to the dealership I just had to sign and drive away. So quick, easy and painless. Rory spent allot of time helping me choose and order my truck, weeks of emailing and answering my questions promptly is second nature to him and he Delivered on quality, cost, service and schedule. Randy did a great job with the delivery of my vehicle and accessories. I live in Calgary but drive to Okotoks to deal with professionals.
