Started out great, prompt service. However,after installation, one of our windows had an obvious draft, so the workers that installed them were sent back out to inspect, and they of course said it was 'normal'. Were given reasons that it could be the location of the window and possible angles that wind etc could be hitting the window to cause the draft, except all 4 windows we had replaced were on the same side of the house and only that one has been giving us problems…. Had a fire in our back yard a few days ago and surprise surprise we could smell smoke in only that one room. So disappointed. It's very obvious the window is not sealed properly.

Rock smashed my patio window and based on a few reviews I gave them a call. Someone came over to measure it within about an hour. Took a little bit to get the window ordered in (since it was a sealed type it takes longer to procure) but once it arrived they were calling me to arrange installation almost the same day. The guys who came over were polite and got right to work, wasting no time at all.

When they were done, they cleaned up the work area nicely and the window was impeccable. I thought the door was open it was so clean.

Anyway- bravo to Okotoks Glass... highly recommend.
