Old Spaghetti Factory - Calgary Northeast

We went to the NE location at it was amazing. We had a group of 20 people not one order was messed up and the server even remembered what everyone ordered and where it went. We did not have to wait long at all and our Server Anthony was amazing with my 6 year old son. One of the things that impressed me the most was when my son dumped salt on my plate the one server seen it and was going to take it back to get me a fresh one, not even their error and they were wanting to fix it. I will defiantly be back. Also for the amount of food you get price is extremely reasonable.

We loved the service and the food.. Ambience is very exuberant and the whole place has a very nice decor which makes you feel stress less. Highly recommend this place.

Took my 3 nieces for dinner and we will be back. Excellent service (our server was Jass) and the food was delicious. Management seemed hands on with circulating to ensure everyone was happy. The service was friendly, professional and prompt. Family friendly atmosphere.

Still the best place for Spaghetti or any kind of pasta! Still remember the one downtown from 35+years ago...used to go there almost every weekend..so good! Glad there is one in the North now!

It's our GO TO restaurant when we are in Calgary. Wonderful service, servers and the atmosphere is beautiful. The food is delicious with a wide variety of pastas, chicken and delicious sauces, soups, salads. Thank you OSF ~ Cheers ~

It was our first time there, the food was amazing our server was great. We drove in from Caroline 2hours NW of Calgary to have dinner with friends today we will definitely be back we love pasta.

I was there with my mom yesterday, Jace was our waiter. I have always had great service when Jace has been our waiter. The food was good, it is also one of the few restaurants that I actually like going to. We did have to wait for our bill to come to the table, but I had a clear view of the bar. Jace was also ,it seemed, the only bartender during lunch. Needless to say there was a run on drink orders. When Jace came to the table with the bill, he was very apologetic about it taking so long. I totally understand why it took so long, and it wasn't his fault. Jace seems to love the work he is doing and it shows. Definitely will be going again.

I love the old spaghetti factory! Ive been to the one in Calgary here and Vancouver. Both amazing. Great service and fantastic food! For sure would recommend to people I know!

I haven't been to the Spaghetti Factory in years and then was taken on Dec/15/2016 for my Birthday and it was wonderful. Everything from the staff to the food to the clean washroom and the atmosphere, Id go again and again in fact I was just there yesterday by myself and Jace was a terrific waiter. Thanks for opening up in the N.E.

Great service, great decor and great spaghetti! We love coming here and getting a starter and dessert included with our meal.

Great experience and excellent food! Colin was amazing! I have a severe food allergy and he went above and beyond to make sure I could eat something safely. I don’t get to eat out very often, and I was so excited and happy with the service we received that we went two nights in a row on our trip!

First time in the place. Celebrated my brother's birthday there. Server was pleasant. Considering the party was for nine people, the food came out quickly. I like that the price included desert and fresh baked bread. Everybody said that they enjoyed their meals. Will definitely be back.

Another great experience, a planned lunch after some errands, only a few people eating as it had just opened, great food and service as usual, wish I could get lunch size meals all the time, it was the perfect amount for me.

Nice place, clean and great atmosphere our server was awesome..food was good my chicken garlic pasta was a bit bland but everything else was good loved the ice cream that came with meal

I love their lasagna, and my wife loves their spaghetti. Food was, as always, great!! Our server seemed preoccupied with other guests and so our wait times were quite long. That was the exception though, we usually get good service.

Service was slow they had no idea where we were when my other family joined us waitress seemed inexperienced didn’t follow up to see if we got our meal my husbands was cold all in all service was lousy will not be back
