This jeweller was recommended so we trusted our experience would be great. My husband had my engagement ring custom made at this jeweller. They told us the setting was solid that the diamond would not shift unless it was "driver over by a car." A number of things went wrong after the payment was made. First they didn't pull through with the date of completion. Then, they made the ring one size too big! When having a ring CUSTOM made you'd think they would be able to have the size correct. Well when we had the ring resized they had problems with the side diamonds popping off which prolonged us having the ring. When I finally got my ring it didn't look as good as it did initially, I complained but their poor customer service starting shining through and I was frustrated with having to argue about the quality of their services.
3 years later I noticed my diamond shifted about 1/4th out of its setting. My husband and I went back to Olliver's to have it fixed but they wouldn't unless I paid. I asked about their warranty and they stated that the diamond shifting was my fault, that I had hit the ring so hard the diamond shifted. I showed them my hand and asked them how I could have hit a ring on my had so hard for it to shift but have no injury to my hand. I asked them if they had any pride in their services or customer satisfaction and they told me: "Well, you can go ahead and have it fixed somewhere else."
This is the worst jeweller I have been to and I regret all the dealings I have had with them. On a side note, one of our visits to this jeweller, there was a guy shirtless hanging out in the back room behind the windows...I don't know what that was all a out.

After over 20 years of never being able to afford to exchange gifts between myself and my husband, I made the mistake of telling my husband I wanted 3 pair of white gold sleepers for Christmas. I explained the style, (never ending/seamless in 3 different sizes but same small (fine) gauge.) He went to every store he could think of in the area and found nothing. He ended up in Olivers which we have shopped at occasionally over the past almost 20 years. Keeping in mind he has no idea what jewellery is worth, they sold him 2 pair of hollow thick gauged 10k hinged type sleepers and a pair of 10k seamless hollow thicker-gauged nose rings because they didn't have the next size down for the smallest pair. They charged him $350.00 which I had no intentions of spending that kind of money at any time but especially not this time of year! I have found since then several pair, the type I'm looking for in 14k for more than half the price Olivers charged my husband. I called them as soon as he gave me the receipt and I read the return policy (not aware of their return policy for years) stating only exchanges, no refunds, my heart sank! I explained my situation (financial and all) and asked for an exception (a refund) being that they aren't at all what I wanted and they don't match, the gauges are even different! No go! They wouldn't budge. I feel sick to my stomach, had a cry. We feel completely ripped off! So another year of starting behind, Merry Christmas Olivers! I will never be back, (except to exchange these earrings for something that is actually worth $350 of our hard earned money) and I will stop referring you as I've been doing for years! Happy fricken New Year!

My family has been going here for years and we have nothing but praise. Gary even pulled an all-nighter to complete my fiancé's beautiful custom engagement ring before she left the county. We are looking forward to introducing them to the 3rd generation...

I had my engagement/wedding band designed there 5 or 6 years . They were super helpful throughout the process, while I decided exactly what I wanted. The ring was ready earlier than promised & is gorgeous! I get compliments on it all the time. I still go back regularly to get my ring polished (which they do for free). My husband also got his wedding band at Olliver's, with the same excellent service.

These guys are awesome! We bought our wedding bands here, and not only have they cleaned our rings many times, but my wife's band lost a diamond, and they replaced it at cost! This was definitely our fault for losing the diamond, and they gave us the ring originally at an amazing price as well (I compared prices online, and we definitely paid way less)!!

Bottom line though, they treated us like family, and didn't give us the sleezy sales pitch. I have recommended many people there since going.
