Founded in in 1991, Intellitech was initially formed as a software development company, focused on the development of telephony and related software and technology. Over time, the company evolved into the specialty of providing media production, including telephone-based professional audio recording through On Air. As technology evolved and the internet became viable, On Air began producing multimedia audio and video prior to it's acquisition in 2000.
