On Your Mark Delivery

They called to advise me they'd be at the house to deliver my items in a half hour to an hour. I called them after waiting at the house for an hour and fifteen minutes. They said they would be at the house in fifteen minutes. After more than half hour of waiting they finally showed up.

Disappointed that a half hour to an hour turned into almost 2 hours of waiting without any call from the company. I understand things happen with schedules but a phone call to the client does not take long.

Will avoid this service in the future

Delivered an office chair with no problems.

0/5 Stars! Delivery rate was steep and product was damaged in transit. Customer felt rushed to sign and was not notified of the damage. On Your Mark has still not paid for the replacement or returned the damaged item the was due Nov.21st/16. It is January.18th/17 and I am still waiting for the alleged cheque in the mail! Will not return calls!

Had "On Your Mark" help myself move to my new house.

These guys and their team are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They're very professional, efficient, hardworking and polite.

Their office staff was also very accommodating with finding a date and time that worked for me.

Mark and his crew were simply amazing.....we have nothing but high praises for the entire team! Even if things got challenging ....everyone still had a smile!
