Once Upon A Child

I love coming to once upon a child on McLeod Trail!!! I had an amazing experience especially with Janet and neggina! They are always there to help and answer questions! Thank you for your amazing service!

The clothes are exceptionally priced and I get good finds on brand names when I really look through the clothes. The staff on the other hand, I didn't appreciate the gagging noises and the "these clothes stink" comments the ladies made while going through donations or the smirk comments made on a nice man who left shortly after bringing in donations himself. I was so shocked I told my husband they probably made fun of me too after I left. Judging by the other reviews, complaints toward the staff aren't at all new and also go unanswered as well. Disappointing. The mouths on your staff are appalling, hire new staff that actually have respect and that appreciate their jobs, better yet new management. If the staff can go this long acting foolish, clearly management allows them to do so. Have some shame and smarten up your acts. Thanks.

I really like shopping at this store, however I won't try to sell anything here anymore. I didn't realize that you basically have to have an appointment to sell. I live over an hour away and they wanted to keep my things but asked me to come back between 3 and 8 pm. The employee working the selling counter was busy receiving boxes, and so I took the piece of paper that she had me sign, not realizing that they needed it. When I went back to the selling desk to find out more information the employees were talking about me. I tried to find out more information but the woman wouldn't really listen she just kept saying I had to come back and they would donate my stuff if I left it there (which obviously I understand). I felt upset that they wouldn't really listen to me or explain the entire process of selling.

I will continue to support this store, however I hope that they explain their policies regarding selling more clearly. I obviously missed something, but I believe they could have been kinder about it.

Great store! It's usually pretty tidy for the amount of stuff they have to go through. Love coming here to shop for my children's clothes. The staff are super friendly and they usually have some sort of sale or discount available.

Love this location! Great staff! Got talking with the owner while I was bringing stuff in. Very nice lady and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend people to shop here and bring their clothes in! Along with the great staff is amazing prices of all your children needs! Abosulety amazing place. Will be going back for sure!!

Very dissapointed in the quality of the clothing accepted. Many items have stains and smell awful, years ago OUAC only took EUC items but now its just junk.

The staff are super busy but they always try to help you out. I have had a very good experience here when I have doubts about a product or if I'm looking for specific items. Lots of clothing selection at a very reasonable price. Worth it.
Items such as strollers, play-pan or high chairs seems to be a bit too overpriced for the condition They sale for. But sometimes you get lucky and find a good deal. I'll come back for sure :)

Beware in selling your stuff to this store. They will have you come back for the payment the next day only to find out they kept the stuff they didnt take for free claiming to give it to charity. They did not even call. Once Upon a Child is a rip off!!!

Great pricing and selection of items. The used products that they sell are in really good shape. It is great to have a place to bring children's items instead of running a garage sale or putting them on Kijiji. I also would hate to put them in the garbage as it is wasteful. It would be little easier to shop there with more signage for the ailes though.
