One'S Nails

i feel like its a hit or miss for this paricular salon. ive been there 3 times. first time i went was for a manicure and pedicure, with jist polish. it was no problem at all for my fingernails but i think her name was Queenie, was very very rough on my feet. she gave me several hangnails and she didnt even leave my feet in the soaker for vey long. the second time i went i got acrylics on my fingernials. they were white and gold and i believe Queenie did them as well. Last time i went i got a purplish gray acrylics. and i got jess. she was soo nice, and she was very gentle. my friend got Queenie and said she was really rough. but overall ive gotten good results and service 🤷🏻‍♀️

Lee (Li) is amazing her Gel nails are perfect and she is fast. She has only done my pedicure once as she usually too busy doing hands. I have had many pedicures over the years by many different girls and I have always had exceptional service.

It was the worst time in my life. I was there to get my manicure & pedicure with Queenie , I wasn't understand what she said, she has terrible attitude also she wasn't know how to clean the cuticle. I was ask her to clean more she immediated said it already cut. When I was talk with Jess, she take over to do for me, I feel lucky to have Jess.

I have never in my life felt the need to take time to write a review but I have never had such a bad experience at a business before. The first time jess did my nails and literally stopped doing them and made the owner finish because " they look too ugly" the second time jess also did my nails and within 3 days they were falling off and lifting and SO misshapen I was embarrassed of them. Now I thought I'd give them one more try and got them done on Wednesday and hoped to God I didn't get jess again. I did. Showed her a VERY simple set of nails I wanted because she isn't capable of doing anything much, and she immediately said no. So I asked why because it was literally a white French tip with a gold line. She then proceeded to be very rough with me and when my nails were misshapen again she pulled attitude and said she would fix it. Well they look a little better than last time and the owner had to put the color on. But now it's Monday and one nail popped off while I was cutting fruit. And all the others are lifting. DO not waste your money if you get jess she is the laziest rudest person to deal with and her phone is constantly going off (also answers it) while doing your nails. I feel bad writing this because the owner is so nice.
