We teach young and aspiring leaders how to become great at leading others, without years of leadership experience. Our focus is on helping you put theory into practice. The world is full of theory, but since leadership is a practical skill, we firmly believe that you can only become a good leader through practice. To that end, our training emphasizes action and improvement through experience. Online Leadership Network is owned and operated by Gregory Bobkiewicz. He is a member of the Canadian Armed Forces where he teaches leadership and field combat skills, and prepares others for the challenges of hands-on leadership. As a leadership instructor and coach, he combines his military knowledge with the tested corporate leadership skills from his previous jobs and from his civilian partners to create a method that gives you a solid, no-nonsense start in leadership, focused on gaining respect, trust, cooperation and results.
