Stopped in for lunch with my nephew today. Amazing service and amazing food! �

I was excited about trying out this new place and felt really let down. The Vietnamese salad rolls had trace amounts of shrimp. The Bun Cha Gio order was wrong, I asked for chicken and got beef that was very tough to eat. We went in person and it was not busy at all. I would not go here again.

Hey Oodle Noode, if you can't handle deliveries.....don't offer delivery. I live literally 9 blocks away and waited almost 2 hours. I get that places get busy around dinner time, and dont have a problem waiting for good food. But at the VERY least, a phone call letting people know that a delivery is going to take a long time would be nice. That way, I can make a decision to order something else. Our food arrived very late, cold, and soggy. I asked the driver what happened and he told me he was doing deliveries around the university/whyte ave area. Why?! I ordered from the downtown location. I will not be ordering takeout from you again.

oodle noodle in person is great - delivery however is a joke I waited two hours (I live 15 minutes away from this location) I was told "we only have one delivery guy!" "oh so sorry about that!" Order came oversauced, soggy and barely warm. Just a mushy block of yuk. The manager calls me and apologizes 3 hours after the original order was placed and he says he wants to make it up to me by offering me ten percent off my NEXT order. Yah, 10%. Sad sad sad. I told him no thank you. I wont be ordering again. LESSON LEARNED.

Vegetarians and vegans beware!! Be careful if you order the vegan / vegetarian options from the 17th street one in Edmonton, meat added to the clearly vegan items � so childish.

How about you tell your employees not to be assholes and hang up on customers because of an order mistake on skip the dishes? Ya that'd be great.
