Our whole family has always had a positive experience going to Optiko Eyewear. The optometrist we have seen there was great,very conscientious, and took the time to explain things to us. We are very pleased with her work. We are also very happy with the services of the staff especially with regards to picking frames, etc. Our recent experience was on Boxing Day, where my daughter needed the prescription of her lenses changed on her current glasses. Since it was Boxing Day, we expected a long wait and maybe a few days before the lenses could be changed. The man in the front was able to change it within an hour and was very courteous to us. Great service!! We would definitely use them again!!

Optiko takes care of my mama's eyes really well. Highly recommended. Excellent staff and service.

Optiko in Market mall, was amazing. They have such a large selection and styles of glasses. Sal was awesome and really helped us out when we needed a replacement pair after ours were stolen. So grateful for Sal assistance. Fantastic service and quality.

Can't thank the staff at Optiko Market Mall enough for their generous and thorough care of a refugee family from Syria that I brought to them for their first ever eye checks. The owner gave of her time to translate for my friends and the staff took the time and effort to sign up for the government programs required, a time-consuming and complicated process. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you! I'll certainly be returning to Optiko for the optical needs of my own family.

Amazing service! Big selection! Your one stop shop for some NEXT LEVEL Eye Wear!

The staff and service on-site was good, but the waiting time to get my glasses was 12 days!! I was told the waiting would be 3-4 working days. I could have had a new pair faster on ebay, amazon or even any Optical websites... Especially given my lenses are only 0.25! I would get fired in my job if I didn't respect my clients' deadlines. This is extremely disappointing.
