I was recommended to come here for a good price, but was disappointed to find only brand-name eyeglasses available, so the prices weren't comparable to what I was looking at elsewhere. A customer service rep came over within the first few minutes of my visit to help, but when she asked me what my budget was and realized it was on the lower end, she more or less brushed me off and sent me to a small sale rack. Ultimately, I left feeling disregarded and didn't find anything. So if you're looking for pricier eyewear, they have a decent selection, but I wouldn't recommend for decent price or for service.

They seam to only give you a half a optical perscription so you cant buy glasses or contacts online. Then picking up glasses resulted in a 1 hr wait, even when i told them i was just picking up... no adjustments required already paid for... they just ignored me and waited for all adjistments to be made on everyones glasses. Two of them at half hour each... me 2 mins.

Went here initially 2 years ago and had a great experience. Upon my return the employees seemed more interested in doing nothing then asking if I had questions. When I sought out help with a pair I found and took them to the desk, I was asked to search through my emails for some kind of proof that I dealt there before for my prescription. Shouldn't you have a record keeping system to do this? I ended up walking out.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, and Dr. Christopher Woo is excellent at what he does!

Great optometrist. Picked out two pairs glasses a d sunglasses. The staff was helpful, honest and made the process very enjoyable. Would recommend this store.

I have yet to receive my glasses that I ordered but it's only been a few days, but from my experience the customer service was by far some of the best that I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. I didn't really have a budget in mind since this is my first set that I have ever needed but we went through about 40 pairs of glasses before I found 2 pairs that both suited me and my job.

Never had so much fun picking out frames thanks Mallory, you are the best. Great experience, location is easy to get to, clean and store well organized. Was busy when I entered, but soon as Mallory was free she was there to help me pick frames ( trust me she was honest), give me a quote, take all the measurements and complete the sale. Direct billing to my insurance company was the deal maker! No paperwork for me to do! I am excited to pick up my new glasses in a couple weeks, and and be styling. Thank you Mallory. I don't like wearing glasses but you made buying them fun and I for sure will not look so frumby with the style you helped me choose! I have already told 2 friends!
