We go to the OJs in Ellerslie all the time and there is always excellent/quick customer service, and delicious food no matter how busy they are.

Was there last night for my nephews 18th. The service was fantastic as well as the food and drinks tasted great! The patio joe is my favourite. Definitely be back.

The music was nice, our server was amazing super friendly, food was really good, I really had a good experience visiting oj’s Ellerslie

Our first time on a night out without the little one. Best place we could have chosen, great food and drinks. Special shout out to Sarah S., server supreme! Fantastic service, she really made our night. Recommend the Brussels sprouts appetizer!

My wife and i have been coming into ojs since august 2008 when the place opened. I have lunch and dinner there pretty much everyday....im not kidding just ask anyone there. So over the years ive seen many come and go and other than one time with a new server the staff and the food are exceptional. Sarah and her crew are topnotch. I plan on going there everyday for the next 9 years.

Love this OJs they have lovely servers and the food and beer choices are excellent.

Just moved to the area and this is instantly my new favourite go to. Great drinks, great food, great service! Also DELICIOUS vegetarian burger.

I must say that Jynae is the best waitress . She was so honest and happy, put a smile on our faces. Very personable !!!! Sit in her section if you can!!!

Went for lunch at noon Dec 13/14. Worst experience I have ever had with this chain. Normally really good but not today!!!! Coke(Pepsi whatever it was) was really flat and disgusting. Switched to water. Ordered the New York steak(med rare) with additional onions & mushrooms plus the poutine and ceaser salad. The salad dressing had no taste, the steak was over cooked, fries to poutine were cold. My Mrs got the steak sandwich(well done), the tomato & Bacon soup and ceaser salad. Same problem for the salad as mine(made at the same time so no surprise), steak cooked right because she ordered well done but the only good thing about our experience was the soup was good. Told the waitress about the steak and she said they are trying to work on things back there(I guess she means the kitchen). The waitress only came to the table 4 times(1st to take order and drinks, 2nd drop off drinks, 3rd drop off food and 4th drop off bill and take payment). I still tipped because I don't like people that don't but I will for sure go out of my way to not go back and make sure everyone else knows about my experience. Sad this chain has gone this downhill!!!!

Placed an order online and after the full order not being given they didn’t want to take any responsibility for it. To top it off as they were talking about it they forgot to put the phone on hold and were beyond rude. Complete joke

I had terrible service here tonight . After telling my server no onions on my burger she failed to mention there was onions in the coleslaw . The coleslaw was gross anyway. Although she checked in twice once we got our meals she passed our table several times without asking if we needed refills. Once we were ready for our check she did ask if I wanted a refill ..... my meal was done , I gaurentee the table of four guys got everything they needed . Everyone deserves the same service , not just a table of men who's going to tip you well because your shaking your ass
