Absolutely terrible. I booked my appointment for 10:30 am. I waited 30 minutes for the guy to show up. He has to be at least 90 years old to say he moved at a snails pace would be an exaggeration. He talked so quietly and mumbled so much I could't understand a word he was saying. Initially he entered some of my information wrong. Then got mad at me when I corrected him. I didn't realize until later but he ended up not changing any of the mistakes he made so I have a incorrect tax return for my business. He incorrectly entered my expenses and added an extra $3000 or so into my yearly earnings. Not super happy about paying taxes on money that I didn't make. Going to H and R Block tomorrow to get a professional to redo my taxes properly.

Do not waste your time and money with this "business".
