Shipping:
Due to the international high exchange rates . . Customs is sometimes holding orders longer due to checking box's. Its so unpredictable how long your order will be. It could be 10 days - 30 days. I know the wait can be stressful at times. I wish I could change that.

Policy on Return's:
Please know before we order it is the right item . . I do not offer returns. If you decide you don't want the item . . . I charge 30% instock fee.
Remember I mostly pre-order the cases. Some suppliers offer 30 day warranty. After 30 days consider it your issue. I am not responsible how you care for your cases or how you handle them.

NEW WARRANTY APPLICATION ~ When buying electronic items eg: iPhone 4 /4s Cables & /or iPhone 5 Cables, Mini adaptors, USB Wall Chargers etc. . . I will Warrant them for 3 days. . if you find the cable does not work or quits working during this period after purchase. . I will replace it . . . ONLY with the return of the default cable. . . After 3 days you are on your own. . Should Shipping be involved you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways. . I am not responsible if they break or quit working. OtterGoChat can't predict how you used or handle this item. . Take into thought-These cables are not made by Apple so therefore maybe the odd one is flawed. Its Buy At Your Own Risk. p. s. Not had much trouble with the iPhone 4 /4S cables. . iPhone 5 cables are more undependable. Thanks Cindy
